Staff was very helpful, especially the girl with black hair and blue eyes that worked the reception in the mornings, she was great. Despite the hotel beeing a little bit far from the turistic places, there's a bus that takes you to a central location in 20 minutes maximum. We got a triple room and the third bed placed in the room wasn't very good. Wi-fi works great but not in the basement rooms. |

The hotel room was very clean and spacious, and the staff working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel is too far away from the city centre and from the nearest train/metro station to carry heavy bags. The hotel is located in the quiet residential area with no restaurants or shops in the vicinity. |

Once we had found out about the 52 & 926 buses we were well away. A 1 euro ticket covered our journey to the city with the bus terminus close to the Vatican and Trevi Fountain respectively. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. There should be tea/coffee making facilities in the room. After a day walking the streets of Rome it wuld have ben nice to relax in our room with a nice cuppa! As it was we had to pay 3 euro per cup. |

The staff was very kind, and the location of the hotel was in parioli, one of the best neighbourhood in Rome. The furniture was quite obsolete, some things in bathroom need to be fixed. |

Hotel staff was very helpfull and kind. The dining room was small and charming, like a nice and cosy restaurant. not in center - requires taxi rides. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The halls and stairs of the hotel were large with easy access to the rooms. It was not close to the centre of Rome and its attractions. The room was a little smaller than pictured. |

the location of this hotel was the main reason for choosing this hotel as it is in the area where our daughter and family are liviing and we were very pleased with our stay. It was all that we expected and the staff were friendly and efficient The only area for improvement we felt was the breakfast. We would have liked more choice and fresh fruit. |

The Hotel Staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good. My only complaint its that the shower was not consistent with it's temperature. Most people complain about not enough hot water... however, this was not the case. There was too much hot water and not enough cold and could actually be dangerous for a younger child who wouldn't have quick reflexes to change the shower temp. |

Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly hotel staff. The breakfast was very budget and of limited quality for being a 4-star hotel. We were surprised because everything else was so good but the breakfast was of 2-star class, no fresh food only packaged berries, bread, yoghurt etc. We would have expected fresh fruit, fresh bread etc.. |

We wanted to be near friends who live in the area so the location was excellent. Great value for Rome. Navigating to the tourist area could be difficult for the untraveled. |

Ottima pulizia in camera. Disponibilità ed abilità alla reception. Possibilità di prenotare un pasto per l'ora di pranzo. Parcheggio. Camera angusta.
