Nice large room and bathroom and very central location Not easy to drive to due to rising bollards which make it a closed area, we had to park the car to walk to the hotel to get the bollard lowered, as we had to leave the hotel for the airport at 4am we were comfronted with another bollard when we had driven away from the hotel and then spent 10 minutes finding someone to lower the bollard. |

The hotel and staff are all great in a great location in a really nice town. Some great wine bar and nice places to eat near by. Relaxed but not touristy. Its really noisy. Every sound in the hotel can be heard (foot steps, toilet flushing sounds like an earth quake) and its a close to a meeting point that can get a little noisy at the weekend. This didn't really bother me that much but if you are sensitive to noise I don't think this is your spot |

the outstanding characteristic of your hotel is the friendliness/pleasantness of all of your staff from reception to dining area.i also liked cleanliness central location and reasonable rates.slightly shocked at your whiskey prices and the selection could have been better-no irish whiskey for example. forgot to mention lovely breakfasts even if hot foods were limited to scrambled eggs and bacon but this is minsignificant -overall a great experience .would not look beyond this hotel. |

Ideally situated for a city visit and within easy reach of busses and restaurants. Staff well informed on city amenities and most helpful in making reservations etc. Substantial breakfast provides a good foundation for a day of sightseeing. Poor lighting in bedroom. Only discovered on the last day that tea-making facilities were available on request. |

Location was very good. Close to centre. Nice coffee bar outside hotel. Very close to typical Italian cafes / ice cream parlours but also very close to two good Irish/English bars if you fancy a pint. Right beside University so a good buzz on the street Staff could be a bit more friendly but so what.... I'd prefer a nice clean central hotel with unfriendly staff than the other way around! |

The location is great and you can enjoy the surroundings on the fabulous roof terrace. The room was small but had a balcony and a great view. Only Italian and some bad foreign tv channels. |

Tlocation is central and lively, yet on a quiet and very sympathetic sidestreet; staff as pleasant, welcoming and helpful as can be; public areas spacious, comfortable, and there are two lovely terraces with views; prices are very reaonable. This is a good place to stay in Bologna and I shall gladly come back. |

The location was perfect. The sights of Bologna are near-by, it's a short walk to Piazza Maggiore from the hotel. Staff was kind to us. The room was quite spacious and very tidy. If you are sleepy in the morning, a church bells might disturb you a little bit. I think it was just fascinating way to wake up ; ) |
