This hotel was very centrally located,with easy access to all amenities. We had a very comfortable room with balcony with beautiful view of towers , church and typical Etruscan rooftops. A very substantial breakfast was served either in the breakfast room or on the terrace, again with a wonderful view. The staff were friendly, warm and very helpful. It would have been nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view but there were no chairs !! |

Lovely place to stay. Great location in heart of old town. Our room looked out onto the cafes below. Very nice interior and comfortable++. Very nice breakfasts. |

Pleasant staff. Good location for sight seeing. Good buffet breakfast. The hotel rooms are a bit sparse. Maybe a few more pictures on the wall to improve the atmosphere, but otherwise they were fine. |

The very helpful staff they put us on a train to Venice upon arrival very efficiently! the location location location! and roof top breakfast is great setting!! The reception can use some fresh flowers?? |

Staff are FANTASTIC! Especially the front desk people, who are always happy to help with directions, touristic advice, etc. Location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the old city centre. |

Excellent WiFi connection included into the price, excellent breakfast, excellent location, huge balcony, wonderful view from the room, very quiet (I could sleep well with open windows), very clean room, very kind staff. This was one of my best hotel rooms (and I travel much). I could hear my neighbour taking shower :) |

on the first day of my stay,.i needed to have an e-ticket printed out on that day and i was told to contact the concierge ; however, the concierge told me to come the following day instead , but he told other staff that i can wait and ignored me . female receptions |

central location, pleasant decor in keeping with the style of the building , pleasant efficient and accomodating staff, clean rooms and the hotel in general, wonderful view of the city from our window and the terrazza, excellent breakfast. Thank you. because of the central location in one of the main streets frequented by the students very late at night, it was a little noisy outside when we were sleeping. This was however a minor complaint in the scheme of things as everything else was lovely. Clearly there is little that can be done about this issue other than to provide earplugs - which they did! |
