I appreciate the room, it was in a building very close to the hotel and it was in practice like a...suite! Each room had the name of a flower, ours was the mimosa. A very good breakfast, too. |

Hotel Staff is frendly To park your Car is almost an impossible chalange. The Beds look alright but are not so nice to sleep on. The excessive extra cost for the use of the internet connection are what irritated me the most. It said free of charge on the site but I had to Pay 8 euro's for one hour. |

Friendly staff. The room was fairly quiet and the breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and the hotel seemed newly redecorated. Considering the price and the three stars I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. |

nice hotel, good breakfast, comfortable bed. We were surprised that best western has decent hotels. when we arrived, wifi didnot work. we were told that it was due to weather condition (rain). however, next day when the sky was clear internet worked sporadically. parking is very uncomfortable. |

The staff is great and the hotel is in a very convenient location in the center of Trieste. Free Internet in the lobby is very nice, and in-room pay internet prices are reasonable. The hotel's biggest selling point for us is inside (in the hotel) parking. That exists almost nowhere else in Trieste. |

The staff was helpful and we liked the variety on the breakfast buffet. The mattresses of the beds are very comfortably firm. The equipment in the bathroom was nice standard and clean. The "towel-policy": All the towels got changed every day. It is more economic to wash only the towels lying on the floor. The towels hanging up will be reused by the guests. |

La colazione era abbondante, la camera pulita e confortevole anche se un pò piccola ( era una matrimoniale). Alla prenotazione era previsto il bollitore per te e caffè che invece in camera non c'era. |
