Nice and polite staff. Great wiew form terace, if room is on 5th floor. Quite far from center. Poor options to have late (~22.00) dinner next to the hotel.

Comfortable city hotel. We have triple room in the renovated part of hotel. Nice and quite clean room with air condition. Garage, 16€ per day, was a bonus. English speaking reception and continental style breakfast. The very first they give a room from "old" site with bad odor, but changed the new one after complain

When the parties in the room opposite stopped and the children in the room above stopped running around and crying which hapened for 4 nights until approx 12:30 Lots of noise from other rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and family with very noisey children above. Plus room opposite having late parties until 2am. Have stayed at the hotel twice before with no problems. Very disappointed thi time

the apartment rooms. The hotel rooms are not recommended. The air-condition in the room was very weak and when opening the window, the noise was too much. Had to upgrade to apartment room near by and pay more. The apartment room was much better. There was no internet connection all day and the reception staff didn't know how to handle the problem and weren't polite rather rude. One of them even said "I am not God" ! The other staff in the breakfast room and the cleaning staff were very polite and more helpful than the receptionists.

Air conditioning was excellent. Staff very helpful. Free internet. Excellent buffet breakfast/brunch each morning. Quiet, clean, reasonable price. Hotel is not at center of Trieste but one can walk or take a bus.

Friendly staff, nice room (we received a bigger room to have enough place for the babybed), good breakfast. Underground parking is a big plus. Colors of the hotel are very strange.

The room is very big. Thats all. Its not a wellnes hotel. There is no wellnes in the hotel. Wellnes is another building and its not free. The staff is not too nice. There is not enough spoon and plate at the brekfeast. The quality of the breakfast is very poor.

The location was excellent for my purposes as I was visiting family members close by. The breakfast was excellent. I was led to believe in all correspondance and by the receptionist at time of check in that check out time was before 12.00pm, however in the morning at about 9.00am as my granddaughter and I were going for a walk to San Giusto nearby I was informed by the younger of the two receptionists that checkout was before 11.00am. Also, early on the morning of our departure the more elderly of the receptionists who was on his own at the time refused to confirm our ongoing flights. I have travelled extensively and this is the first time this service request has been refused. Also the inroom internet facility was faulty, ie the keyboard had corroded batteries and the internet facility itself could not be fully utilised.

1 Amazing breakfast 2.Clean, modern rooms 3.Indoor parking Internet setup. Using internet in the hotel is like pulling teeth: almost impossible to use wi-fi in the room. I had to go lobby with my laptop and iphone.
