Underground parking in hotel
Located in shabby part of town, lots of traffic, hard to find
Very nice breakfast. Location in a residential area but walking distance (20 mins) or bus to downtown.
Room furnishings a little outdated but OK if you are basically just looking for a place to sleep.
Breakfast is very good
The breakfast was more than adequate, providing a variety of hot and cold, sweet and savoury, plus the usual muesli and yoghurt. The reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful, taking their time to explain bus routes, etc., and generally enabling us to enjoy our stay in the city.
Just being a bit picky, but a bar in the hotel might have been nice. However, we knew it didn't have one when we booked and it didn't put us off. We would certainly go back again, anyway.
Friendly and encouraging welcome (didn't mock my limited ability to converse in Italian). Excellent selection for breakfast.
Some distance away from centre - bus or taxi needed, which was not what we expected.
excellent breakfast /very helpfull staff
rooms very small furniture old but clean very noisy !!(room 215)
Good ratio value for money.
Really super breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and neat. Useful parking facility.
Wi fi not great unless downstairs.
Location is good, near San Giusto. Rooms are clean, if a bit small. Near Castello San Giusto. Good restaurants nearby.
Poor sound insulation. Noisy from adjacent TV and cleaning staff. Difficult to sleep in the morning.
Cleanliness and helpful staff
noise level from other rooms and the stairs quite high
Clean room, free wi-fi, great brakfast...
Little bit far from city center...
Wifi was good
I booked 2 double rooms for 4 people. When I arrived we were put into a one bedroom apartment in a building across the road. We slept on a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. We had to walk 80 metres for breakfast. Beware!
We booked hotel rooms but were given apartments across the street. The apartment were large in size with a kitchenette. There is a garage to park but it cost 16 euros a day. We found parking on the street for free. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was also good with a large selection. Close to some stores and about a 15 minute walk to city center.
The parking in the garage is expensive but if your lucky you can park on the street for free. The apartments are located in a separate building across the street from the hotel. Furniture is a little old and rundown. The front door downstairs didn't lock properly.
the atmosphere. good location. nice breakfast.
Generally we were satisfied everything.
The size of the room is ok for 1-2 nights, but for longer stay a bit small.
Good basic 3-Star hotel with attentive staff. Well located for our requirements, but a bit far out of town for non-walkers.
Restaurant was great for breakfast; a pity that it is not open at other times. Am evening meal would have meant we need not have gone out in the rain. What, in Italy in September, I hear you ask? YES, but I can hardly blame the weather on the hotel ...
Stinky carpet Unfriendly staff Poorly maintained
Friendly staff, coffee and cakes in lobby, good breakfast.
Parking is small and was fully booked.
Very good location, helpful staff, quiet rooms.
Had to pay for parking, car park is underground with a very steep slope. Upon exiting, my vehicle ( BMW 5 series tourer) bottomed out on the ramp!.
Our room was small but clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.
It was further from the town centre than I realised when booking and I couldn't access the wifi on my phone.
For those who are in transit is an ok hotel for 1-2 nights. The rooms are small, modest but comfortable. Breakfast very diversified.
Parking which costs 16 euro per day, not worth the money. is very narrow, it is hard to park, there is a high risk you block someone unintentionally because of reduced space, and also to find car scratching. Can park on the street for free in marked areas.
Decor in the front desk. Elevator very old. For to be from the Best Western chaine must to be renovated urgently.
The room was very big and comfortable, it had a nice kitchen and a great bathroom. The breakfast was tasty and rich and the staff was extremely nice to us. I strongly recommend it! :)
The only little minus was that the wi fi signal was a bit weaker in the bedroom than it was in the kitchen. But it was nothing compared to all the other great things in the room (air conditioning, big kitchen with all appliances, great big bathroom,...)
