Sehr gutes im modernen Design eingerichtetes Hotel in guter Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte besser sein. |

Das Hotel ist nahe der Statione Termini und der Via Nazionale, somit guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Rom. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet, vor allem das Badezimmer war ansprechend. Beim Frühstück sah man durchaus die Bemühung die Geschmäcker verschiedener Nationen abzudecken und doch liess die Qualität der angebotenen Produkte zu wünschen übrig. (Früchte aus der Dose, künstlicher Orangensaft, Brotauswahl) |

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, da es in der Nähe der Stazione Termini liegt, ferner sind in der unmittelbarer Umgebung Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Größe war ausreichend. wir hatten um ein Zimmer gebeten, das nicht in der Nähe des Aufzuges liegt. An der Rezeption wurde uns das auch zugesichert, leider war dann der Raum gegenüber dem Personalaufzug, der von morgens ab 06.00 h bis 23.00 h sehr laut funktionierte. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig. Kaffee, Tee und Säfte mußten von einem Automaten gezogen werden, es gab nur Tassen und keine Kännchen. |

Die Lage ist optimal, insbesondere wegen der Nähe des Statione Termini, den man vom Flughafen mit der Expressbahn erreicht. Der Kaffee ist nicht gut. |

Sehr freundliche Rezeption in verschiedenen Sprachen - außergewöhnlich gut. Service auch gut. Sauber und ok. Das Frühstück dürfte etwas mehr Angebot haben, der Fitnessraum sollte TV haben, Minibar ist für Normalbedarf voll ok, Wein und Sekt gerade in Italien fehlt - sehr schade, es liegt zentral und ist trotzdem nicht laut. Gute Umgebung mit netten Lokalen in der Nähe. Angebot im Service für Touris sehr gut - Flughafenshuttle, Rundfahrt etc. Voll zufrieden !!! |

The hotel was clean with helpful staff. The room wasn't large but as we were on a city break and out and about most of the day this wasn't a problem. The hotel was situated close to the station which was a bonus although they do offer a personal airport shuttle service which at 45 euros is roughly double the train fare but very good if you have an early departure. |

The location of the hotel is pretty good for a 4-day city trip. Compering to the standard quality of a 4 star hotel in Italy, Universo is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff (unfortunately without exception) was surprisingly unpolite, although we spoke Italian to them. |

very close to the city center and the termini station makes your tour in the city much easier.very clean and comfortable rooms and also a nice breakfast.when i arrived at 22/04/2009 the gentlemen on the front desk was superior and also the lady on my check out very sweet.(sorry i dont remember their names) the bar area should be more like a bar to go and have a nice drink with nice atmosphere and more modern decor..it wasnt bad but its not my style. |

The staff was friendly and really helpful, room service was rather fast and effecient. Breakfast was included in a room rate and was quite nice. Even we got a problem first night but it was solved and we got a compliment from the hotel for inconvience caused. One of the hotel great advantages is it location, just in a city center easy to get to any part. |

The comfortable room & nice clean bath ! spot was also superb! Breakfast as well !!! The fact that the stuff always tried to promote (sale to us) services of the hotel. Example: guides, limouzines etc & they didn;t not help us at all in planning our days.. However it is easy to find your way "out"... |

The room was clean the personal (chambermaid) has done good work and the facilities were ok The personal in the reception looked down their nose at us, when we arrived in the hotel and also after that. The room temperature was all the time between 26 and 27.9 Celcius! When I complained about that and said thet the AC is not working, in 1½ an hout nothing happened. |

Most of the personnel was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel (near Termini Station) is excellent. Facilities are very good and the breakfast buffet is very complete. I had problems connecting to the internet in my room but the hotel staff, upon my request for help, came almost inmediately to my room to assist me. The hotel was very helpful and removed the charges from my bill since I couldn't connect. |
