Μου άρεσε το σημείο που βρίσκεται, το πόσο περιποιημένο και ωραίο είναι σε σχέση με κάποια άλλα ξενοδοχεία της περιοχής, η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού και οι βοήθειά τους στις απορίες μας για μετακίνηση, περιγιήσεις κτλ Θεωρώ οτί η εξηπυρέτηση των πελατών, ακόμα και για την επιστροφή στο αεροδρόμιο, προσφέρουν μία άνεση, ίσως και πολυτέλεια.Αυτό που θα ήθελα είναι να μην μυρίζει ο διάδρομος των δωματίων τσιγάρο!!! |

καλη τοποθεσια, εντυπωσιακο design παντου, ανετο, μιλουν αγγλικα και συνεννοηται καποιοσ, καλη ποιοτητα πρωινου, ασφαλεσ. η συμπεριφορα τησ κοπελλασ στην υποδοχη μολισ εφθασα ηταν απαραδεκτη. πριν ακομη μου δωσει το κλειδι του δωματιου, επεμενε να μου κλεισει και προπληρωσω το ταξι επιστροφησ στο αεροδρομιο. |

Receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent for tourism being central to the city and public transport facilities. Nothing seriously wrong. The bar staff were a little distant when we asked for a coffee maker for the room, and the cleaning staff each day removed the cups but did not replace the. |

Location was very good. Breakfast was also good. Hotel staff member named Mario was very friendly and helpful. Staff members, although basically friendly, were not helpful (except for Mario). Asked for extra blanket upon arrival due to cold room temperature (we were told we could not turn off the air). Did not get the blanket until next morning. Unacceptable. |

The only good thing was that it was close to the central train station & close to where our 5 day tour pick up point Staff attitude was poor, room had no heating-weather was cold in Autumn, no tea & coffee avail in room, bathroom sink not designed to be plugged ?, no sound on pay TV, bed lumpy & uncomfortable, far too expensive |

Conveniently located in walking distance from the metro and train station to explore central and greater Rome. Also, not too far to walk to the main districts. Very easy to get from the train station to the hotel. The room was perfect - comfortable and clean. The hotel is very well run and staff were highly efficient and friendly. We would definately stay here again. |

The hotel was clean with helpful staff. The room wasn't large but as we were on a city break and out and about most of the day this wasn't a problem. The hotel was situated close to the station which was a bonus although they do offer a personal airport shuttle service which at 45 euros is roughly double the train fare but very good if you have an early departure. |

The location of the hotel is pretty good for a 4-day city trip. Compering to the standard quality of a 4 star hotel in Italy, Universo is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff (unfortunately without exception) was surprisingly unpolite, although we spoke Italian to them. |

very close to the city center and the termini station makes your tour in the city much easier.very clean and comfortable rooms and also a nice breakfast.when i arrived at 22/04/2009 the gentlemen on the front desk was superior and also the lady on my check out very sweet.(sorry i dont remember their names) the bar area should be more like a bar to go and have a nice drink with nice atmosphere and more modern decor..it wasnt bad but its not my style. |

The staff was friendly and really helpful, room service was rather fast and effecient. Breakfast was included in a room rate and was quite nice. Even we got a problem first night but it was solved and we got a compliment from the hotel for inconvience caused. One of the hotel great advantages is it location, just in a city center easy to get to any part. |

The room was nice. Some of the staff were helpful The breakfast was boring and products of poor quality. The area close to the hotel is not a good place to stay. |

The comfortable room & nice clean bath ! spot was also superb! Breakfast as well !!! The fact that the stuff always tried to promote (sale to us) services of the hotel. Example: guides, limouzines etc & they didn;t not help us at all in planning our days.. However it is easy to find your way "out"... |

The room was clean the personal (chambermaid) has done good work and the facilities were ok The personal in the reception looked down their nose at us, when we arrived in the hotel and also after that. The room temperature was all the time between 26 and 27.9 Celcius! When I complained about that and said thet the AC is not working, in 1½ an hout nothing happened. |
