Breakfast was average at best. Unable to find a table cleared for use on last day and had to try again later. Some tables were unsteady with table tops separating from base.
Modern bath and décor
The pillows and the bed were hard. The breakfast was average - choice was but not everything was as fresh as it should have been. In particularly both the hard boiled eggs and the scrambled eggs were overcooked, and the sliced bread was not fresh.
The location was very good. The staff were helpful. Wonderful shower.
Tired bathroom decor
Bad drain smell in bathroom. Breakfast was chaitic and not replenished quickly enough
Very noisy staff and guests.
The facilities, breakfast and location.
eggs and bacon at breakfast where cold as hot plates left open and turned down!
Loved the fact that the venue was within walking distance to major attractions; especially the Colosseum.
The Hotel Staff were ok, but the Reception Staff especially the tall guy with the dark rimmed glasses has an attitude problem!!! He was not at all helpful or friendly :(
The room was a little cramped, but the bed was very confortable :)
The Wi Fi was problematic and difficult to access. Also, we had a return reservation, and were tolld we had a specific room Upon our arrival this room was not available for us.
This is a nice hotel, and we felt comfortable and welcome. Very convenient to many sights and especially to buses and trains. I would stay there again in the future.
room too small for a four star rated hotel and no bath
central location and helpful staff
Room was impeccable, aswell as breakfast and staff. Colosseum was just 7minutes walk from hotel.
If breakfast changes alittle everyday,it will be more better
We booked a double bedroom, but we have a girl(4 years old),I was surprised, because hotel gave us a huge room with 3 beds and they didn't charge us for an extra bed.
We booked one superior double bedroom, but we have a baby(4 years old),hotel gives us one big room with 3 beds and no extra charge. thanks for this kindness.
The AC in the building was not working and the staff informed us that it would not be working during our stay. They suggested opening the window. So 26 degrees in the room at night meant we tried to sleep with wet towels on our bodies. With the window the street noise of police cars street sweepers garbage collection people singing and clapping cars and crying babies from 10.00pm to 5.00am 3 nights running meant we had no sleep. We missed out on seeing the popes blessing and the Colosseum due to exhaustion from no sleep. We were not happy at all and it totally ruined our Rome holiday. After complaining the staff gave us a room on the top floor on our last night which was their attempt to assist us. Not happy at all with this stay.
The staff tried to help as much as possible but they could not do much.
They claim on their website that they have airco. When i complained about the roomtemperature (26 degrees) they said a mechanic would fix it. After multiple complaints from my side they finally admitted the airco was only switched on in june. I never had staff lying to me in any other hotel in the world.
Location is very close to the Termini station and in a nice neighbourhood.
Hotel advertises that paid parking requires advance reservation with hotel. Hotel never acknowledged reservation and did not respond to e-mailed questions or to queries from bookings.com. We got parking, but didn't know until arrival.
Quiet, comfortable room & good breakfast.
The hotel was handy to the bus/train terminal
ı want to make 2 days booking in My check in. But they Said ı can not make it until First day finished. Then next day they want to charge me 100 € more. It was funny that they did this just for to make more money
Room was Great and clean.
Where to begin!the indifferent staff, the house keeping that never shows up or the barely any variety breakfast. The hotel staff makes u feel like they are doing u a favor staying in their hotel, not helpful at all!customer service rate is zero! Someone need to give them some proper training on how to treat hotel guests.Housekeeping (when they show up) barely do ur bed literally empty water bottles, napkins, empty boxes stay their for u to clear, on days they came at 6pm to do the bed which was annoying.breakfast is sooo not worth it, barely any food and not worth your money, better eating somewhere else.
The location of the hotel was really good, Termini train station is like 2 mins away and if you are up to it u can literally walk to all touristic sites
Reception staff very efficient, but could be a little more friendly.
Very classy hotel, great room, restaurant and bar, and really good location.
breakfast is exactly the same for our 2 nights stay. We'd appreciate some variations. the meat available on breakfast only pork so we can only have bread and no meat at all.
The staffs are very nice, speaking english very well. Very helpful for giving street directions. Location is surrounded by a few bistrot, ristorante. And tasted good as well. The bed is very comfortable especially we have our baby just went through the long flight, carpeted floor also well appreciated as we visit in early spring (but still very cold for us) and esp we have baby who is running around in room it keeps him warm. Location is great ! 400-500m to Roma Termini and Metro, but if you are traveling with baby, big luggages you may find somewhere closer. The restaurant at hotel also have great food.we enjoyed the in room dining as we got too tired to leave our room.
I have two smartphone and a tablet, but it seems that only one can access the internet even if all devices were logged on.
I had free extra bed for my son, and I was so surprised that the extra bed was a really big double bed.
WiFi wasn't the best. Well on my phone it hardly worked.
The location was perfect. The Colosseum was a 10 minute walk or the metro was 100 meters away. Ideal for any young couple.
