Goede uitvalsbasis voor stad en omgeving met OV.

Nette kamer, goed ontbijt,goede ligging bij openbaar vervoer en de rest van de stad.

Een goed hotel met een perfecte ligging T.O.V. centrum van Rome, alle openbaar vervoersmogelijkheden. Ruime kamer en goed sanitair. Voor Italiaanse begrippen goed ontbijtbuffet.

Alhoewel gratis viel de WiFi verbinding erg tegen. Er was om de paar minuten uitval.

The staff were rude, surly, unfriendly and rather stupid. The refusal to supply any complimentary water in the gym is absurd as is the requirement that you must keep coming to the reception desk to get your ridiculous internet access code they keep changing as they refuse to give it to you over the phone.

Excellent location - 5 min from Termini station and 15 mins walking distance to the Colosseum. Rooms are clean, big bathroom, nice interior.

The best part of this hotel was the location.. So close to the Republica Metro and all the other locations.. The staffs were very useful, specially Michael..

The reception staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English. There is a luggage porter which was handy for us a family of 4. The rooms were modern, air conditioned and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food and there was a bar where you could order a cup of tea for your room. We paid 50euro to extend our check out until 3.30 because we had to return our hire car to Rome airport and get back to Termini station by 4.00pm. This meant we could leave all our luggage with our sons while we returned the car. The hotel is very close to Termini station and we walked to the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain quite easily. There was good wi-fi available free in the rooms.

The parking for the car is not at the hotel, it is just around the corner in a separate parking lot. It cost 35 euro for 24 hours and they park the car for you. They only take cash. It looked like it was a little dodgy but it all worked out perfectly for us.

The hotel staff (especially at reception) should be more friendly.

Rooms are clear. The location was in a very able to start your tour of the city.

The staff was not courteous, Breakfast was moderate. Pretty much the staff was of another origin.

The room is comfortable, location is good.

Room facilities is not enough even there's no hot water, we have to pickup downstair at the restaurant and the staff with a bad face.
