A localização é perfeita para uma visita a Roma já que se encontra a poucos metros da estação de Metro Republica e ao lado da Via Nazionale que nos leva directamente à zona do Coliseu e a outras ruas centrais da cidade.

O serviço de pequeno almoço, apesar de boa qualidade, deveria ser um pouco mais "liberal" em termos de horário já que apesar de estar teoricamente disponivel até às 10.30h, às 10.10h já os empregados estão a fechar as portas e a arrumar as mesas. O empregado que começava a assobiar pelos corredores a partir das 8.30h era, no minimo, irritante para quem quer descansar!

o cafe da manha é pessimo. Eles oferecem ovo gelado e cafe aguado. Foi o pior cafe que ja tomei

Receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent for tourism being central to the city and public transport facilities.

Nothing seriously wrong. The bar staff were a little distant when we asked for a coffee maker for the room, and the cleaning staff each day removed the cups but did not replace the.

The only good thing was that it was close to the central train station & close to where our 5 day tour pick up point

Staff attitude was poor, room had no heating-weather was cold in Autumn, no tea & coffee avail in room, bathroom sink not designed to be plugged ?, no sound on pay TV, bed lumpy & uncomfortable, far too expensive

The hotel was clean with helpful staff. The room wasn't large but as we were on a city break and out and about most of the day this wasn't a problem. The hotel was situated close to the station which was a bonus although they do offer a personal airport shuttle service which at 45 euros is roughly double the train fare but very good if you have an early departure.

The location of the hotel is pretty good for a 4-day city trip. Compering to the standard quality of a 4 star hotel in Italy, Universo is clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff (unfortunately without exception) was surprisingly unpolite, although we spoke Italian to them.

The staff was friendly and really helpful, room service was rather fast and effecient. Breakfast was included in a room rate and was quite nice. Even we got a problem first night but it was solved and we got a compliment from the hotel for inconvience caused. One of the hotel great advantages is it location, just in a city center easy to get to any part.

THe staff reception was excellent Mario was very knowledgable and I heard him speak in at least 4 languages

The room was clean the personal (chambermaid) has done good work and the facilities were ok

The personal in the reception looked down their nose at us, when we arrived in the hotel and also after that. The room temperature was all the time between 26 and 27.9 Celcius! When I complained about that and said thet the AC is not working, in 1½ an hout nothing happened.
