Centralt men ändå lugnt läge. Lätt och snabbt att hitta på egen hand när vi kom från centralstationen. Propra och moderna rum. Bra frukostbuffe! Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. |

Rent och fint rum med klassiskt upplägg. Ett säng som tar upp 75% av rummet, en skrivhörna med 2 stolar som ingen någonsin använder och ett badrum. Frukosten var över förväntan. Bra läge nära Termini och Republicas t-bana. Min kräsne sambo var mycket nöjd, med andra ord ett bra betyg! Sjukt hård säng dvs ingen bäddmadrass. Lite väl lyhört om man är blyg eller inte gillar att ta del av andras äventyr... |

Conveniently located in walking distance from the metro and train station to explore central and greater Rome. Also, not too far to walk to the main districts. Very easy to get from the train station to the hotel. The room was perfect - comfortable and clean. The hotel is very well run and staff were highly efficient and friendly. We would definately stay here again. |

The hotel was clean with helpful staff. The room wasn't large but as we were on a city break and out and about most of the day this wasn't a problem. The hotel was situated close to the station which was a bonus although they do offer a personal airport shuttle service which at 45 euros is roughly double the train fare but very good if you have an early departure. |

The location of the hotel is pretty good for a 4-day city trip. Compering to the standard quality of a 4 star hotel in Italy, Universo is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff (unfortunately without exception) was surprisingly unpolite, although we spoke Italian to them. |

very close to the city center and the termini station makes your tour in the city much easier.very clean and comfortable rooms and also a nice breakfast.when i arrived at 22/04/2009 the gentlemen on the front desk was superior and also the lady on my check out very sweet.(sorry i dont remember their names) the bar area should be more like a bar to go and have a nice drink with nice atmosphere and more modern decor..it wasnt bad but its not my style. |

The staff was friendly and really helpful, room service was rather fast and effecient. Breakfast was included in a room rate and was quite nice. Even we got a problem first night but it was solved and we got a compliment from the hotel for inconvience caused. One of the hotel great advantages is it location, just in a city center easy to get to any part. |

The room was nice. Some of the staff were helpful The breakfast was boring and products of poor quality. The area close to the hotel is not a good place to stay. |

The comfortable room & nice clean bath ! spot was also superb! Breakfast as well !!! The fact that the stuff always tried to promote (sale to us) services of the hotel. Example: guides, limouzines etc & they didn;t not help us at all in planning our days.. However it is easy to find your way "out"... |

The room was clean the personal (chambermaid) has done good work and the facilities were ok The personal in the reception looked down their nose at us, when we arrived in the hotel and also after that. The room temperature was all the time between 26 and 27.9 Celcius! When I complained about that and said thet the AC is not working, in 1½ an hout nothing happened. |

Most of the personnel was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel (near Termini Station) is excellent. Facilities are very good and the breakfast buffet is very complete. I had problems connecting to the internet in my room but the hotel staff, upon my request for help, came almost inmediately to my room to assist me. The hotel was very helpful and removed the charges from my bill since I couldn't connect. |

Central location only a short walk away from Termini and most of historical attractions. It makes the arrival and departure much easier when using public transport on the way from/to airport as well as sightseeing. Modern but small rooms but how long one spends in the room after all when coming to Eternal City. Pretty thin room door but we had no problems falling a sleep after a day of walking. |

Great location to all tourist interests and train station Not all rooms are non smoking rooms. You can be unlucky and get a smoking room and it can be very unpleasant. |
