na Itálii velmi prostorný třílůžkový pokoj, odhlučnění, lednice na vlastní potraviny,trezor a otvírání pokoje na kartu,výborné bohaté snídaně, poloha 10 min pěšky od nádraží Termini, metro B Castro Pretorio a stanice autobusů za rohem, klidná ulice, nožnost úschovy zavazadel celý den po ranním check out, stísněný prostor v koupelně může vadit vyšším a silnějším klientům, uvítala bych víc skříněk, poliček a věšáků |

Snídaně sice nebyly přímo v hotelu z důvodu rekonstrukce, ale byly naprosto skvělé. Vybrat se dalo od ovesných vloček až po vaječinu ze slaninou, skutečně se nají kdokoli recepce je v době rekonstrukce velmi nevzhledná. Jde o jednu místnost plnou papíru ve kterých se ztráceli i zaměstnanci. |

Pokoj menší, ale útulný a pěkný s terasou v šestém patře, což bylo příjemné. K vůli rekonstrukci recepce a restaurace byla snídaně naproti přes ulici v baru, ale byla výborná ( slanina, vajíčka, párky, koláče,buchty, jogurty a td ). Poloha hotelu - za rohem stanice metra B Castro Pretorio a nádraží Termini 5 min. od hotelu. |

Pokoje jsou čisté a ulkizené. Slušný výběr jídel a nápojů k snídani. Klidné místo. Nemožnost regulace klimatizace. Teplá voda spíše vlažná. |

Velmi dobrá dostupnost do centra, hned po ruce metro a hlavni nadrazi kam prijizdi vlak z letiste, velmi vhodne pokud priletite v noci... Celkem dobre snidane klasika jako vajicka, slanina,parky, tousty, dzemy, croasanty atd... v dobe naseho pobytu se predelavali chodby, nebyly hotove podlahy atd..coz pri prijezdu do ctyrhvezdickoveho hotelu pusobilo nemilim prvnim dojmem. nicmene pokud vyuzijete vytah niceho si nevsimnete. Jinak celkem pohodovy mensi hotel. |

the location was great, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was simply mind blowing. Nice decor. the room was very small and there was virtually no space for movement. |

It is comfortable hotel for staying there during city trip. Breakfast isn't american, but it is broadened european. When we want to use safe, it was broken. We asked to repaire it in the mornng, but in evening it wasn't normal. |

Breakfast (served in restaurant across the road due to renovations at the hotel) was superb. Very convenient location: about 5 min walk to Termini Train Station and 3 min to Metro. I would not rate it 4 stars. Compared to the quality and services of the hotel we stayed at in Sorrento for £20 less per night, Villafranca is overpriced. |

The staff were cordial and helpful. The hotel was well placed for transport access. Breakfast at an adjacent restaurant was good. The hotel was undergoing refurbishment at the time of our stay and disappointingly there were no public facilities available (lounge, bar, rstaurants etc.) Breakfast (good) was taken in a restaurant across the street. We were not informed of the refurbishment when booking or at any time prior to arrival. Rooms are in need of refurbishment |

Room was very comfortable and clean-really useful having fridge. Staff were very helpful and bought up complimentary tea and coffee+ kettle on request. Breakfast was very good-alot of choice. We were able to leave our luggage on last day which was great. Around the corner there is a very good restaurant-good food at good prices. Not far to Metro which is extremely good value-1e per trip anywhere -very busy though |

The location was close to all tours and buses. Only walking distance to the metro. The staff were friendly, however we chose this hotel due to its facilities it offered and advertised. When we arrived they were undergoing rennovations, there was no hotel reception, just a cluttered front entrance no bar or restaurant. The restaurant for breakfast was being given on the otherside of the road in a small business. This was very busy and seemed unprepared for all the guests |

The hotel was a good location for travelers, an easy walk from the train station. The triple room was a good size. Good breakfast The hotel was in the middle of renovations and breakfast was across the road. There was no bar or sitting area in the hotel due to the renovations. Between our group we had 4 rooms. One room, a double was very small, too small for 2 people, but after one night the hotel moved us to a twin room, which was vastly different. |

Great breakfast included at the restaurant across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Renovations are being done, which are needed. Our room was dated and could use a face lift. However, our parent's room had been modernized and was nice. The beds and pillows in both rooms were too hard. |

Very friendly staff and good location (3 minutes wal from Castro Pretorio subway station and 10 minutes walk to a main train/subway station -Termini). Good and clean room. It was under construction, thus... some facilities were not available (as restaurant, lobby, etc..) |

It was nice and quiet and the continental breakfast was excellent 1. At least one more electrical outlet is needed for guests to plug in their batteries etc. for recharging. (2) There should be one box of facial tissue in the room. |

Staff very friendly and cleanliness of hotel was good. Original room allocated was not upto standard but when we complained we were allocated better room Not advised in advance of refurbishment which meant no bar or restaurant in the hotel even though these were advertised. However alternative breakfast venue was acceptable |

breakfast hotel was on renewall, air condinioner was off we had tu use elevators with building workers, we had to use a restaurant in front of the hotel to have breakfast, there was no counter, reception was at manager office, and it was difficult to do check in |

The staff were all very helpful and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and unlike some hotels this continued right through to the end of our stay. The works going on did cause some inconvenience i.e. no internal dining room or bar and the air conditioning did not work very well in our rooms on the 6th floor. |
