Best Western Hotel Villafranca

Κοντά στο κέντρο, καλό πρωινό, καθαρό, αρκετά συμπαθητικό δωμάτιο, πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό του μετρό

Αρκετά ακριβό, γινόταν ανακαίνιση οπότε δεν μπορεί να κριθεί αντικειμενικά

Η καθαριότητα, το αρκετά καλό μέγεθος δωματίου σε σχέση με άλλα ξενοδοχεία της Ρώμης, η ήσυχη περιοχή στην οποία βρίσκεται.

Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερο. Πολύ μικρή η σάλα του πρωινού.

Το ατού του ξενοδοχείου είναι περισσότερο η θέση του, αφού είναι πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό.

Οπωσδήποτε το πρωϊνό, το οποίο θα μπορούσε να χαρακτηριστεί μέτριο.

Μου αρεσε γιατι ηταν καταρχην κοντα σε σταση μετρο. Επισης το οτι εχει εστιατορια αρκετα γυρω του ειναι επισης πολυ σημαντικο. Το δωματιο ηταν καλο, ησυχο και το κρεβατι τελειο.

The staff were cordial and helpful. The hotel was well placed for transport access. Breakfast at an adjacent restaurant was good.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment at the time of our stay and disappointingly there were no public facilities available (lounge, bar, rstaurants etc.) Breakfast (good) was taken in a restaurant across the street. We were not informed of the refurbishment when booking or at any time prior to arrival. Rooms are in need of refurbishment

Facilities such as breakfast and lounge bar did not exist. Hotel being renovated at time, not completed as stated at time of booking.

The hotel was a good location for travelers, an easy walk from the train station. The triple room was a good size. Good breakfast

The hotel was in the middle of renovations and breakfast was across the road. There was no bar or sitting area in the hotel due to the renovations. Between our group we had 4 rooms. One room, a double was very small, too small for 2 people, but after one night the hotel moved us to a twin room, which was vastly different.

Very friendly staff and good location (3 minutes wal from Castro Pretorio subway station and 10 minutes walk to a main train/subway station -Termini). Good and clean room.

It was under construction, thus... some facilities were not available (as restaurant, lobby, etc..)

is a 3 star hotel not four, with dirty walls torn wallpaper, carpets worn and dirty .

It was nice and quiet and the continental breakfast was excellent

1. At least one more electrical outlet is needed for guests to plug in their batteries etc. for recharging. (2) There should be one box of facial tissue in the room.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull, even at midnight. The comfort is very good. The breakfast is great.

Few details that reminds you that you are in Italy... Hair dryer broken, a leak in the bathtub...

The staff were all very helpful and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and unlike some hotels this continued right through to the end of our stay.

The works going on did cause some inconvenience i.e. no internal dining room or bar and the air conditioning did not work very well in our rooms on the 6th floor.

The rooms were clean if a little "worn". Good location for the train station.

The hotel is shown as 4 star on Bookings website, however all the toiletries, stationery, brochures of the hotel proclaim it 3 star.......we are most unhappy about this
