Room carpet is dirty. Hallway is very dark.

The courtesy of its staff, they left me do a late checkout what helped me a lot.

The shower to small my husband is over 6ft tall and he just fitted in

1- Hotel has a perfect location, 200 meters to echole militare Metro station. 700 meters to Termini Station, there are many restaurant around. 2- Very comfortable room and bath. There was a huge terrace in our room. It was 20 m2, perfect. 3- Very fast internet, and Free 4- Rich breakfast menu, it was really good for european hotel. 5- Friendly staff, they helped for everything. 6- There are machines in every floor, with water, chocolate vs. ( So minibars are empty)

I've found more than I expected. RESULT: Don't hesitate to book. As a 4 stars hotel it serves more than it offers. Thanks to their staff, Thanks to Booking.Com

The hotel's staff is excellent, very friendly, advising and explaining every issues possible. Breakfast is very good, with fresh stuff including fruits and salats. Freshmade Espresso and Capucino is on the house! Location is very good, close to Termini, University (in our case very important) and a lot of fodd and shopping facilities. The rooms at floor 6 (our case) have wonderful terraces attached to them, which is EXCELLENT.

Our room was a little bit too small but the terrace (as big as the room) is EXCELLENT.

I stayed in a single room and it is very small and small bath room shower cubicle . When get the single room there is no space to keep the laguage. Also shower cubicle is very small and entering to shower cubical is very dangerous. Because the door of shower cubicale is towrds the comode and very conjested. Eldary person will have lot of difficulties to enter the shower cubuicle. Also it is very small sower cubicle which has no space, if you try to apply soap or shower gel in your full body. Hands and legs always hitting the cubicle walls. In web site it indicate that location is 600mtrs from Termini Station . But it is over 1 Km and I had to take a taxi to Termini station when leaving the hotel Hotel advertisement indicates Wifi But need to pay lot

Plenty of restaurants nearby, not far from Termini, the room service was excellent, air conditioning worked, good breakfast, nice bar and lounge and free WIFI, just ask reception for the code.

Nettes Hotel, Preis-Leistung ok, liegt relativ zentral, etwa 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Termini entfernt, von dem aus viele Buslinien abfahren.

Beim Frühstück könnte etwas mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Wenn die Servicekraft den Tisch abdeckt, werden die Abfälle zum Sammeln einfach auf den freien Nachbartisch aufs Tischtuch gekippt - sieht nicht sehr appetitlich aus.

strategicky úžasná poloha, z letiště rychlovlakem do centra a 500m je hotel. Celý Řím jsme z hotelu absolvovali pěšky. Naproti hotelu super restaurace. Gastronomický zážitek za super ceny. Na hotelu bohatá snídaně. Nic nám nechybělo.

Neumí udělat na snídani vajíčka. Jsou vyschlá

Posizione strategica con metro linea b posta a 70 mt e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla staz.Termini ( linea a) e tutti i bus per ovunque.Camera tripla sempre pulita ed in ordine. Colazione abbondante e varia.Personale reception cordiale e non invadente.

Televisione non a schermo piatto. Forse un po' eccessive le 4 stelle con il rapporto struttura - costo ma la posizione tranquilla e strategica sopperisce.

Staff molto cordiale e premuroso, posizione ideale per visitare la città (la stazione della metropolitana dista 50 mt dall'hotel)

- Le petit déjeuner, - la propreté et la qualité de l'hôtel, - le personnel, - le balcon sur notre suite au 6e étage - les distributeurs automatiques à tout les étages

- Le lit un peu trop mou - le fait de devoir prendre le métro pour aller au coeur de la ville... (pour ceux qui comme nous ne connaissait pas Rome, je conseille d'aller plutôt vers la place Navona ou la place d'Espagne, où tout est accessible à pied)

La sua posizione molto vicino alla stazione della Metro e a due passi della stazione Roma Termini, molto comodo. La colazione veramente molto buona e variata tra dolce e salato, offrendo anche la colazione tipo americana
