Lobby, waiting room and Internet access.
Smelled real bad, mildewy, had to have the window open all the time. Real small room. Breakfast, eggs were green (overcooked), coffee machine broken.
Stored luggage during the day and proximity to Termini rail station
Room was dated, cracked tiles in bathroom, shower kept sliding down to lowest height, No daylight (external shutters were blocked opening outwards), Poor ventilation (internal window was blocked opening inwards), carpet in room needs to be replaced. Not enough staff at breakfast to clear tables.
close to Rome termini
The reception staff was cold and unfriendly. He neither provided necessary help nor at least showed us the caring and welcome attitude. Generally bad service during our stay. Would not recommend it.
Internet cannot access properly in the room. And breakfast is awful.
I would say 3*...
Good position, just close to the railway station and the tube. The courtesy of the staff. The room was very wide
Although the wideness of the room, the shower box was very small, even for a normal person
Best location. Nearby termini. The staff friendy. A breakfast buffet was included, and the food was very good.
Breakfast Front desk Positon
Noise Furniture Dark
Great location. Close to Rome train terminal
Our double bed were two single beds put together
Quiet and comfortable. Close to a metro station. Ideal situation for sight seeing. Nice copious breakfast
Good restaurants close by and the breakfast is good. They even made us a takeaway bag because we were leaving very early.
the position and the cleaness. The breakfast good also
Nice Location , good breakfast, very close to restaurants , quiet area, And close to Central Station and Bus Stop.
One guy at front desk on Night duty . Highly tight lipped. Ask anything he will have very short answers and will never bring smile on his face.
Location was very convenient as bear to rail head , city centre and places of tourist interest
It is located at a quiet area of Rome, two bus stops from Termini train station. Good breakfast of Best Western standard.
Room a bit small for two persons.
The hotel was quaint and very Italian. Great location near termini. The breakfast was perfect.
Perfect location. We arrived very after midnight, the reception is still waiting for us. The internet works very well. And I'm really impressed by their buffet breakfast, a lots of choices.
