Nice Location , good breakfast, very close to restaurants , quiet area, And close to Central Station and Bus Stop.

One guy at front desk on Night duty . Highly tight lipped. Ask anything he will have very short answers and will never bring smile on his face.

Close to Termini. Breakfast was good. Close to lots of restaurants which are open late in the night. The staff was very helpful.

Water leaked out of bathroom tub. In the lower floors you can hear noise from outside.

They tried to help but you cannot be satisfied where you feel bored.

I am not sure why the hotel owners has chosen that dark decoration and colors in the corridors. Yes you may have not that much place but at least better to have a new decoration to make the guest feel more comfortable? Furthermore there is not much to eat no halal offers in the breakfast. Wi-fi was not well enough as well.

    Location only

Awful cleaning: untimely, because it was done in the second half of the day when it is very hot and people wish to have a rest. Sometimes they remove used towels and “forget” to put the fresh ones, sometimes leave used towels. They don't wash cups. The proper cleaning was made only once! Very narrow shower booth, no place for soap and shower gel, one hardly can move inside. One of towel racks is just over the toilet bowl – if forget to turn your head aside … Old furniture, TV set, lavatory equipment. Full vase of moldy oranges for breakfast!!!!!! When they at last noticed that picture, they removed only those obviously covered with mold. In the whole, this hotel does not meet 4-star category.

Good value for money as a 4 star Best Western hotel! Room was not the biggest because we got a special price but everything was clean and comfortable.

Shower was leaking for some time at night but didn't affect much our stay. We put a towel and closed the door.

It is exactly what it sets out to be. A well priced hotel, near the main station with a buffet breakfast, room service, bar etc.

    nothing. everything was fine.

We booked in April 2013 a triple room with one matrimonial king-sized bed and one single bed but - when we arrived in July 2013 (after 3 months, with the reservation confirmed on - the hotel gave us a small room with 3 single beds. We went back at the reception asking for the room we paid for. After a lot of arguing with us (very impolite and unprofessional staff) they manage to prepare another room, but not what we asked for: it was a double room in that they put together 2 single beds (it wasn't a matrimonial bed) and add one shakedown (a small mobile bed). Then, the story of unprofessionalism continued every day, starting from forgetting to put shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom for 3 persons (they even let one small sample of shampoo left from one day, as the necessary shampoo+shower gel for 3 persons (the sample was not even enough for one). By the way, we stayed in the room 419 (we made a movie with the room number, the inside room and the document published on the room wall telling that it is a double room and we can provide you with the movie) and - at the end of our stay -we paid the price for an apartment, even it was a small double room. The breakfast was for a 2 starts hotel and - even it was from 7 to 10am - if the eggs finished at 9, nobody had the initiative to bring more. The waiters didn't clean the table after one client finished the breakfast, so we had to manage by ourselves. It is a strange story also with the access cards from the room. Being 3 persons in a room we are entitled to receive 3 access cards. Nevertheless, at our arrival, the staff said it is impossible to give us more than one access card. After asking to talk with the manager, they provided us with 2 access cards but the story didn't finished yet. In the second day of our 4 days stay in Hotel Villafranca, the both access cards were blocked.
