Very helpful and friendly staff. They hadn't got (or had lost) the message that my wife needs gluten-free bread, but managed to get some in by 9am anyway. Great! |

excellent close to metro the staff are excellent when i asked for help they gave me help when i asked for directions / tea ,coffee they gave them to me i have nothing bad to say. The breakfast was superb and plentiful I asked for directions to a church not on the map the girl on the desk found it on the net and showed me the way,check out DI FAMIGLIA ALLAM on VIA VOLTURNO for a great cheap meal the bathroom was on the small side ......but how long do you want to spend in the bathroom not a major problem |

Hotel was quite close to Termini station therefore rather central and easy access to the rest of the city. I found the price rather expensive but at the end I was happy with the service given. |

the room was spotless. the hotel was very central and had a good atmosphere. excellent value for money. staff were extremely helpful there was nothing we didn't like ...i would go back and would recommend to others |

Far exceeded my expectations. Hotels in Rome are so expensive and for the money my hopes were not high but in fact it was a very good hotel and convenient for lots of small (and amazingly cheap) restaurants where we were well looked after. No, for the money it was remarkable value. |

Very Little The front desk staff were polite but not very helpful. We had a maintenance problem that we had to be persistant to get it fixed. The room lighting was not good. Some lites were on motion sensors and would not go on unless one walked by that area and then only stay on for a few minutes. There was not counter in the bathroom to put toiletaries. The showere was poor. |

Really like this hotel, lovely rooms, lovely breakfasts and plenty of it. Staff a bit slow to bring ironing board and iron to our room but then again we were in a hurry to go to a wedding and maybe normally it would not have bothered us. |
