This hotel is almost brand new. The rooms were very big with luxurious furniture, super modern bathrooms. Free internet and mini-bar and great breakfast with cappucino. There is a mall close by with a large grocery store where you can buy hot entrees to eat in your room if you choose not to look for a restaurant at night. The hotel reception will gladly supply you with silverwear, plates and open your bottle of wine. The hotel does'nt have a quality restaurant close by. |

The staff were extremely helpful, it was a nice clean modern hotel. The drinks were very expensive , it wasnt as central as I had been led to believe. |

The hotel was very clean and very modern, contemporty and spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the out-skirts of Viterbo and we were heading to Rome Da Vinci airport the following morning so it was a good base to set off from. Viterbo is a very nice town/ city with lots of shopping and nice restaurants. There wasnt much around the hotel in the line of shops or gardens etc. It felt like a business trip hotel. But as we were just staying for the one night it was perfect for us. |

My experience of Best Western has been varied. The worst hotel of any sort that I stayed in was in Siena a couple of years ago. It almost put me off BW for good. However the hotel in Viterbo was excellent in all areas - terrific staff, prompt attention to all our needs, well placed for easy access by car, quiet area but very close to town. Breakfast fresh and of good quality. |

Everything worked.Attention to detail in the design was impressive. Strangely, the otherwise excellent bathroom had the toilet too high off the ground - it stood out because everything else was so spot on. |

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et fonctionnelle. Cet hôtel nous a réconcilié avec les Best Western qui sont pour nous plutôt un critère de non sélection. Avons donné sa chance à cet hôtel car nous connaissons tous les hôtels de cette ville pour y avoir séjourné à plusieurs reprises. La salle à manger du petit-déjeuner pourrait être plus spacieuse ou bien il faudrait mettre moins de table et des chaises à dossier plus étroit, il était mal commode de passer entre les tables. Nous déplorons également l'absence de restaurant ce qui serait pratique après une journée de vadrouille. |
