Best Western Hotel Viterbo  

Room was large, comfortable, well designed; bathroom well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). Easy free parking. Good location. Quiet. Easy free internet access.

I coundn't figure out how to work the bathroom heater (which luckily was not needed).

High standard of room, very clean and friendly staff.

Good quality hotel, no complaints other than an annoying wasp at breakfast whilst say outside eating my ham/cheese/bread, and the air con was a bit too loud and I couldn't work out how to turn it off.

The friendly staff who were able to help in very way. Eugenio in particular helped us out when we were lost in the early hours of the morning when we were trying to locate the Hotel. As he was able to communicate with us in English it was a godsend. All aspects of the hotel were of a high standard, exceptionally clean and also had a friendly atmosphere. Our only criticism would be a larger sign at the end of the road where the ipercoop is sited - it is a very small sign and not illuminated. We are unsure if there are any special deals for returning customers where some other Hotel chains have Loyalty schemes. While this hotel is not located in a position within easy walking distance of the historic center, if you have a car, it is a great hotel to stay at. It has free parking, and the easy access to the main roadways makes it a great base for exploring the surrounding villages and historical sites. We've stayed twice here now, and have been very happy with the hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive. Staff are really helpful - especially in showing you the city's highlights.

Conviniently located outside the city wall, very friendly and helpfull staff, I was very please with the service level.

Well appointed room and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Free wi fi was a plus .

This hotel is very modern & has clean spacious rooms. It is located 5 min. by car from the medieval city. They have a very nice breakfast & free parking. They have wifi & a computer with printer which came in handy for printing boarding passes all complimentary. Very good value.

nel nostro bagno i due rubinetti caldo e freddo della doccia non erano fissati e rimanevano in mano alla prima rotazione.

Albergo ben posizionato con grande parcheggio, camera luminosa con vista sull città, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, qualità prezzo in ordine

Mooie, ruime kamer met uitstekende bedden, gemakkelijk bij of in de buurt van het hotel gratis parkeren. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Vlakbij een leuk winkelcentrum.

Ontbijt erg simpel (gezien de prijs-kwaliteit).Helaas geen restaurant bij het hotel, dus was het elke avond zoeken naar een goed eetgelegenheid
