Staff attention was the best in our trip to italy, warm, helpfull and professional. The rooms were of high quality, clean and confortable, even luxurious. Parking lot on premises at an excelent price no free internet |

Very close yet not in Venice. 1 min from train which is 10 min from Venice. We had a car so it was 20 min to the airport on departure. No need to deal with Venice for logistics so we could enjoy Venice for the majic |

It was very clean and modern and very close to the train station and bus stop for the airport. The breakfast buffet was a little bit of a mess. They could do with 1 or 2 other staff members on duty at this time to clear tables, replace cutlery/cups etc- though this is only a minor complaint |

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. It is right across from the train station to go into Venice. The breakfast was the best we had in Europe! They had English TV stations which was nice so we could catch some news! |

Convenient location, next to train station, easy to commute to Venice. Breakfast was best we found during a 2 week visit to Italy and eating American breakfast in hotels every day. The hotel staff ignored our non-smoking booking and placed us in smoking rooms, we booked 2 rooms, then told us our reservation didn't state our preference, when infact it did. One of the rooms had no telephone service and the air conditioner wasn't functioning. They did however make it right the next 3 nights and upgraded that room for us after more rooms became available and all was forgiven. |

The Bathroom is very clean and confy as well as the room which was big and modernly equipped. Nice plazma screen Our elect. door key expired every night and had to be updated which was a hustle. One night we came late took a shower and to our surprise didnt find any towels in the bathromm. Cleaners changed them and forgot to put new ones!! |
