One word - excellent for a family wanting to visit Venice. Instead of living in the main island itself, this is just 10-min bus/train ride (wwith very good frequency) away - and being bang outside the train station, the location can't be any more better. |

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was only 8 minutes to Venice by train. The room was beautiful - quite different to the ones shown on the hotel website. The breakfast every morning was plentiful and very tasty. The staff could have been far more helpful. They were polite at all times but did not seem concerned that tourists were able to make their way into Venice. We asked for information about the train to Venice at reception (where we purchased our tickets) and also about the vaparetto to Burano and we were given vague answers which encouraged us to ask at information desks when we got to Venice. I didn't think that this was a good enough service for the hotel. |

Location excellent - bus or train just over the road, we were usually in Venice within 20 minutes of leaving Hotel (Get a 1, 2,3 or 7 day ticket for use on bus and vaperetto). Room was spacious and very clean. Staff friendly & very helpful. Nothing to not like, only possible grumble was that tea making facilities (and daily milk) had to be asked for - but provided within 5 minutes so a very petty niggle. |

We have stayed in Venice before but decided to stay in Venice Mestre on this visit. The location was so easy to find after flying in and a perfect location for hopping on the train to Venice (7 to 8 minutes). The facilities of the hotel were fantastic and we appreciated the free internet access provided. Staff were incredibly helpful, selling us train tickets in advance so we didn't have to queue at the station. Rooms were extremely spacious, especially since we had a 4 year old with us, and a perfect base to explore Venice the surrounds. |

Very near the train station, 1,00 euro to Venezia in 10 minuts Air condition wasn't working well, we had to change bedroom, this change took 3 hours of our night. |

Reception staff were polite and helpful at all times. Location is excellent for commuting to Venice and to the airport and is across the road from the train station at Mestre. Hotel can provide train tickets to Venice and shuttle bus tickets to airport; this is a worthwhile service to guests. |

The rooms are newly decorated, clean and comfortable. For European standards the room was very big. It is very close to the train station so that commuting to Venice is very easy and fast. It is very good value for money. |

The Look rooms are great, spacious, nicely furnished. The room was clean. Hotel has a great location just next to the train , which takes 12 min to Venezia. Breakfast is included in the price and is delicious (although the variety could have been a bit better) We stayed there again a week later, but in an Avant room - it wasn't as good as the Look room, plus the bathroom wasn't clean |

Very nice & clean facilities with good American breakast. Staff service was good and reception staff was very helpful. 100m walk to Venice Mestre station for a 10mins ride to Venice. Wide choice of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. |
