Best Western Hotel Bologna

Hotellin tilat olivat ok, huone oli pettymys eikä vastannut internetissä annettua kuvausta. Tupakoivien huoneessa pitää olla jonkinlainen ilmanvaihto järjestettynä myös talviaikana. Ikkunoista tuulettaminen aika tuskaista liikennemelun takia.

Huoneiden ilmanvaihto, jota ei ollut ensinkään. Tallelokero ei toiminut eik sitä saatu kuntoon pyynnöstä huolimatta. Huone ei vastannut internetissä annettua kuvausta vaan oli nuhjuinen ja remontin tarpeessa.

Very nice hotel, new, next to Mestre railway station, free internet.

The room was cold as heating was not working, but Italian wine was around.

I was staying family room, well comfort and quiet. And convenient for access to the station for going to venice.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was only 8 minutes to Venice by train. The room was beautiful - quite different to the ones shown on the hotel website. The breakfast every morning was plentiful and very tasty.

The staff could have been far more helpful. They were polite at all times but did not seem concerned that tourists were able to make their way into Venice. We asked for information about the train to Venice at reception (where we purchased our tickets) and also about the vaparetto to Burano and we were given vague answers which encouraged us to ask at information desks when we got to Venice. I didn't think that this was a good enough service for the hotel.

The room was really beautiful and having an 'annexe' inside was really helpful. The building was very well maintianed and very conveniently located.

Everything was great except for the smell. It seems like a bad sewage system We used febreeze all day long but th smell was overpowering.

The hotel room was excellent, the staff were very helpful, parking was very easy and internet access was very good.

I need gluten free food and the staff went out of their way to ensure that I was looked after.

We have stayed in Venice before but decided to stay in Venice Mestre on this visit. The location was so easy to find after flying in and a perfect location for hopping on the train to Venice (7 to 8 minutes). The facilities of the hotel were fantastic and we appreciated the free internet access provided. Staff were incredibly helpful, selling us train tickets in advance so we didn't have to queue at the station. Rooms were extremely spacious, especially since we had a 4 year old with us, and a perfect base to explore Venice the surrounds.

the place is excelent. good american breakfast convenient . room is fonctionaly good but not inivitable.

Good location. Hospitality of the staff of the restaurant. Large room and newer equipment. Compared with staying in the Venezia, it seems good for value.

Noise of flowing of water of other room.

Reception staff were polite and helpful at all times. Location is excellent for commuting to Venice and to the airport and is across the road from the train station at Mestre. Hotel can provide train tickets to Venice and shuttle bus tickets to airport; this is a worthwhile service to guests.

The Look rooms are great, spacious, nicely furnished. The room was clean. Hotel has a great location just next to the train , which takes 12 min to Venezia. Breakfast is included in the price and is delicious (although the variety could have been a bit better)

We stayed there again a week later, but in an Avant room - it wasn't as good as the Look room, plus the bathroom wasn't clean
