Centralt vid järnvägsstationen, Personalen var OK. Rum service var usel, alla TV kanaler på Italienska, i badrummet kunde man inte täcka för fönstret, den som gjort designen av rummet eller hotellet vill att frun skall skylta med allt hon har för hela centralstationen från badrummet. Måste vara nån vrickad person.Lufkonditioneringen fungerade inte under halva natten. Ingen parkering för bilen.Går inte att stanna utanför hotellet med bilen. |

It was close to the train station which was very easy totravel back to the island of Venice. I think the hall carpets need to be replaced and the walls painted. It gave us a poor first impression. Also there were bags of garbage or laundry sitting in the hall for awhile. The rooms were very clean however. |

The location is the Key to this hotel. We just came to visit Venice from Florence by train. The hotel is across the street from the train station. We were able to take the train ($1 euro) or #2 bus for free with our 48 hour pass on the Venice transportation pass. The hotel breakfast was fabulous and the bar even opened a bottle of wine that I had brought back to the room. The restaurant prices were to high. |

Booked a Double Room Look. The room and bathroom were very big with ultra modern design. The hotel is located very close to the train station (2 minutes walk) and therefore is suitable for travellers seeking to visit Venezia. And, by the way, the hotel do look like the pictures in this website (not like one of the other reviewers suggested). Staff was very nice and attentive. The BD Couple :-) Parking is not free but nevertheless is reasonably priced. Breakfast was good but did not include a variety of vegetables like we like. |

convinient spot to stay if want to visit Venice. Bus stop outside hotel. Staff helpfull and friendly. Friends stayed in a room and said too much road noise. |

That I have been informed by mobile phone by the hotel reception desk about a forgotten piece of luggage in the room after I had left already. Thanks so much again, also to the unknown service employee, who found this piece. This was a very pleasant experience and shows that this hotel is run by professionals who care about customers. If I ever shouldcome to the area again, I will stay there again |

Quality of the room and room's facilities, hotel's location, staff/service, parking. Wireless internet should be paid for, specific smell in the room (not really annoying though). |

The location - right opposite the Venice-Mestre train station made our 3 days in Venice easily accessible. Paking was available (at a price of course!), and the breakfasts were reasonable even though the waitresses seemed surly. The hotel is nothing like the advertisements that we'd seen on websites. The photos are not a true reflection of what the rooms actually look like (our 'The Look' room was sparse and the double bed was rickety and cheap). Our air-conditoning was loud, as was the noise from the traffic each morning. Request to stay 3rd night fine, although we had to pay nearly double than what we'd paid for two!! |

The room and the restaurant, one of the best I've encountered, also the natural juices and cookies at breakfast were excellent. Same breakfast for 7 days is extremely boring, no tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, just the same ham, cheese, eggs... |

The hotel front desk staff is very helpful. It was a nightmare! I booked a suite indicates 2 seperate rooms w 2 queen beds and 2 buthes. Then it appeared a dirty, noisy basement room with one king bed and 2 tinney roller beds. The buthroom barely fit one person, it was a such dirty room that they charge for Eruo260/nit. They moved us to another 2 double rms upstairs, that is what they indicated on the website. |

Very close yet not in Venice. 1 min from train which is 10 min from Venice. We had a car so it was 20 min to the airport on departure. No need to deal with Venice for logistics so we could enjoy Venice for the majic |
