All the staff, except one night duty receptionist, were exceptionally kind and helpful. One night, returning after midnight, I realised that the night duty receptionist had left a number of identity cards unattended, within reach of myself - and any other less honest clients/visitors who might have turned up - while he went to the garage for another client. I am unhappy about the potential threat to security of guests' personal information if this is a common occurrence. |
