located 5 minutes by metro from the center (duamo), surrounded by many fashion stores. the hotel offers free hi-fi, but its hard to log on from many points in the hotel ( even the lobby). |

The staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows have been the best for me for a long time.... Breakfast room terrible, and the food was very poor quality. The public garage near the hotel was attended by an arrogant and rude attendent. Had to wait first for him to drink his coffee at his leisure, before he drove our car upstairs with screaching tires, plus we found scratches on the car which we had not noticed before. Ruined the overal appeal of the stay...... |

Parking was a bigger challenge as compared to described on the website. I made the booking on short notice and the staff has not checked the email and refused booking at first. Breakfast was very basic. |

Il personale è molto disponibile e accogliente. Wi-fi gratuito nelle stanze. Ottima posizione. La fermata Lima è a 50 mt dall'hotel e in 3 fermate si arriva nel quadrilatero della moda. La pulizia della stanza non è quella che ci si aspetta da un best western. Mi hanno dato una camera al secondo piano e ogni due minuti si sentiva vibrare la stanza per via del passaggio della metropolitana! Colazione deludente. |

Albergo in linea con la categoria, ottima pulizia della camera e soprattutto del bagno. Gentilezza e disponibilità della reception. Colazione minimale (capita sempre più spesso). Moquette decisamente vecchia nelle stanze. |

酒店的位置就在布宜诺斯埃丽斯大街上，离地铁站很近，去往多莫大教堂和购物中心坐3--4站。去往火车站就倒一次车即可。很方便。房间里的地毯很有年代了，卫生间还是不错。早餐可以说是简陋，基- 本没什麽吃的。免费上网还是有所弥补。价格贵了。 |
