L'hotel està ben situat a tocar d'una parada de metro que et porta directament al centre. Caminant es triga uns 20 minuts. Esmorzar molt complert. El servei d'habitacions, Per fer la neteja de l'habitació es van presentar passades les sis de la tarda. Massa tard. |

The staff are friendly and are always helpful. The location of the hotel is very easily reached via metro which is a plus for those on a budget. The price for the room we got was fantastic! |

Staff were helpful and the food was good. for a four star hotel the room was very small compared to other hotels I stayed in on same trip to Italy, air conditioner did not work properly. |

The beds were really soft, and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast - the food was great and when there was something missing the staff always replaced the trays. I would've liked if someone showed me the way to the room - it wasn't easy to find it. |

Location is perfect, metro Lima is just two steps from the hotel, clean modern hotel, nice restaurant& breakfast. They hold additional 100Euro from account even it was pre-paid in advance, my first room at 6th floor was awful and small with air-con problems but the changed new one was good. |

I'm sorry but this is a difficult question to answer. Please see below. First room was not clean, and air condition did not work. The 2nd room the toilet would only flush once every 6 hours. Was not really a 4 star hotel other than the price. |

The location was really good: close to the shopping area, close to Il Duomo, within a walking distance from the Central Station, underground station (Lima) right in front of the hotel entrance :-) The hotel was also clean and quiet, the breakfast was good and the hotel staff very helpful. Ironing room was a good extra. Grazie! |

The best three-bed room I have had in a hotel. Very clean, Professional and attentive staff, very helpful. Underground parking. No curtain on bathroom window (5th floor). |

the room was nice and cozy, was easy to find it, good placed near to Metro and Dome, the breakfast was quite reach. We forgot the camera and the maid found it and handed it to us when we came back to look for it.. The receptionist was a bit confused and not that helpful regarding instructions and the parking number as seemed they did not know which parking place is occupied and which not, so we had to go back to reception and back to garage 2-3 times (as we found the advised number closed, then we realized is occupied so we finally got another number..). we observed when leaving that happened the same, when an American couple came to park their car. We received and accepted apologies. |

The reception was friendly and competent. As soon as I requested, I was without any problem given a newer and more comfortable room. The breakfast was also good with variety of choices, despite many other hotels in Italy. The first room i was given was kind of old. The bathroom and appliances needed renovation. The walls were incredibly thin, I could hear next door, watching TV and speaking loud on the phone. |

Very good location. Kind hotel staff. Good offer for room, well made food in restaurant. We was first time and had double room with very, very small shower for one person all so it was in poor condition. I was not nice to offer for costumers first time room with problems like that. |

Great hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. I was disturbed by noise outside my room and they swiftly gave me another. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows and English speaking movies on pay-tv. A/C quiet and effictive. Good breakfast and location on shopping streat right by trams and metro. Nothing to not like |

Car parking facility is excellent and secure. The staff are very helpfull. The metro station is virtually uotside the front door of the hotel, so good access to all the attractions. |

Location is excellent, breakfast is rich. This is my 5th stay at this hotel and probably the last time. The room was small, the corridor was noisy in the morning, there was an alarm system bill inside the room that went off many times during my last night of stay. |

Ok hotel with standard breakfest, near to metro. Free WeFi was very bad. Aircondition was very bad max 19,5 C. |

The staff were very attentive and friendly, parking is extra but very well worth it as the area is very busy, 10 mins walk to the centre and the rooms are clean and comfortable |

Good location. Helpful staff at reception. The tea at breakfast is horrible: this is because the hot water comes out of the same machine as the coffee !.Why not simply put a separate hot water kettle on the breakfast table ? |
