L'hotel està ben situat a tocar d'una parada de metro que et porta directament al centre. Caminant es triga uns 20 minuts. Esmorzar molt complert. El servei d'habitacions, Per fer la neteja de l'habitació es van presentar passades les sis de la tarda. Massa tard. |

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. LED lights from various air con control panels were very disturbing at night.We were charged for a movie which we did not watch... despite proving that we were not even in the hotel at the time the movie was purchased. Very slow service at the bar and a rude receptionist when I voiced my complaint about unjustified extra cost on our room bill. |

Hotel staffs are very helpful, friendly, especiallly the staff at the bar and a floor assistant. They took time to make me feel welcomed, talk, and helped out my problems. They greeted me nicely so that I as a solo travller would not feel alone. / The hotel is walking distance 15 minutes from the Station where airport bus stops. The hotel gives the direction with subway and bus, but they can add that guets can walk. I took a taxi and the driver tried to cheat me. Turkish bath and massage was not available due to the construction of swimming pool. They did not inform about it in the homepage. I chose this hotel with this amenities! |

The breakfast offered a lot of choice. There was a coffee machine, but on request the staff prepared real cappucino or espresso - wonderful! |

I asked for a quite room and I received one Seeing that it was our 38th wedding anniversay on the day that we arrived, we decided to eat at the hotel restuarant. I ordered the mixed fish dish but the chef does not know how to cook fish because it was the worst fish I ever eat in my life and it was very expensive too, but I did not mind paying the price because it was a special occassion. My husband's meal based on meat was good. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortably sized, beds extremely comforty. Breakfast was good, nice selection of food. Wi fi connection good. Although location was not right in centre, it was very easy to get to attractions and sites. |

i been enjoyed to stay at the Bestwestern Hotel Galles i got a very good welcome during the check in ! im just desapointed on one point the Sauna because its close and they is no mention on the website even at the reception they didn't tell me about the refresbish |

Excellent location with a metro right outside the door. On a main shopping street - excellent all around. Free internet was excellent but intermittant - skyping home was difficult. |

The location is good (the metro station is in front of the hotel), the breakfast also. The only problem, but not major, is that the rooms aren't properly ventilated and the ventilation system can be disturbing. If you are not used to it you can catch a could. |

The location which was was within walking distance of the Duomo etc.The breakfast was offered lots of variety food wise. In my opinion the room I stayed in did not deserve a 4 star status. It was clean and basic and the bed was comfortable, but the bath with a shower attachment and no shower door was a big disappointment! |

The location of hotel was very comfprtable. Nearby you can find some shops ( for shopoholics) and also right infront Lima Metro Station which is also comfortable. The Hotel Staff was extremely heplful! Breakfast also good. There was just one problem..there was no hairdryer in my room...Everything seemed ok! no hairdryer |

Excellent first impression. First class hotel in super location. Very warm welcome from friendly and very helpful staff, fluent in english. Rooms were immaculate and quiet with very efficient quiet air-conditioning.Buffet Breakfast delicious with plenty of choice. Would definately recommend. |
