kind reception &bar staffs also clean room. I stayed in standard double room and the room was too small. i i've never seen such small hotel room but room facilities was good and clean. Also the size of the lobby was weirdly small as the hotel was quite big. |

Hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms were also clean and nice. Location is right off of Corso Buenos Aires, good for shopping, and right next to the Metro. |

The staff were lovely, very helpful especially when we needed directions and when we arrived early and wanted to check in. The breakfast was also very good for what we paid for our stay, and the location was perfect. Wifi was available in our room for free as well. I would definitely recommend the hotel to young couples looking for a short city break. There was some building work going on in the hotel when we stayed and the scaffolding outside our bedroom prevented us from opening the window and getting a good view of the area. |

Room was clean.. Single room was really small and they offer payTV directly so If I want to inactivate then I should call to the reception which is not very comfortable. Staff is not kind at all. I had a little bit of problem at the hotel so I called them later they just hung up after talking. breakfast area was really dirty.They dont clean during the breakfast so tea area was really disgusting. They should clean the table when the people finished their eating. very poor. But it was quite cheap for 4 stars but I dont think it is really 4 star though.. I heard the other western hotel is quite good but this one is not. |

Friendly and hospitable stuff, excellent location, nice breakfast 1. Could not use a room safe lock (vauld) - it was closed, had to carry valuables and documents with myself (told to stuff twice but no actions followed)2. Tiny shower cubicle - suitable for child only 3. Hotel repair works starting from 8 a.m. |

I stayed at the Galles one year ago and the hotel completely changed. The lobby and outside of the hotel completely refurbished and hotel staff very friendly and polite. I would finally reccomend the location and the hotel very central located. |

excellent location with underground stop one step away!! good breakfast!! rooms temperature was low and so quite cold inside.Tried to set temperature but unable.Some rooms are quite small.Coffe maker and cups left dirty daily!!!Nor sufficent insonorisation so can here next room noises easily. |

This hotel has good accomodation with a decent breakfast. Staff speaks good english and that helps for international visitors. The reservation was easy and the location excellent. I would recommend this hotel for its location and overall service. The surprise to see that my daughters were asked a 100 euro cash as guarantee in case they would use the minibar ! They were staying 4 nights and the payment was totally done my credit card, why ask young girls for that much money cash ? The policy should be clear about that and people warned went they book this hotel. Besides this incident the hotel was pleasant. |
