Great location close to the center and on the metro, so travel downtown was super easy. Very helpful staff: very willing to change room because original room reserved was on 1st floor and very noisy, great tips for restaurants for dinner (especially El Brellin was fantastic for romantic dinner!). |

The hotel is tired and expensive for what you get - location is good but for the price I expected better - breakfast was very good - hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. having only two lifts when the main restaurant is on the top floor was very frustrating waiting for a lift to arrive during busy periods especially at breakfast - not a good start to the day. |

Pleasantly surprised at the great location, lovely room and fantastic breakfast! This hotel is in an ideal location for shopping and for easy access to the whole city via the metro (the metro is almost outside the front door of the hotel). The room was excellent - we had a twin room over-looking the Corso Buenos Aires, and the staff were most helpful. The Central Railway station is just a short walk away and this is where all the buses for the airports stop. |

It was ideally located for a ten minute walk to the centre of Milan but with good quality shops just around the corner too. Nice cafes and bars close by - a good alround choice. Underground parking was a real bonus. |

Since 2005, I have stayed in Hotel Galles for 3 times or more. I prefer the hotel because the location is perfect, within walking distance from Train Station; next to Metro Lima and along Corso Buenos Aires.They have changed their breakfast to American Breakfast, which is so much better than before! I enjoyed my breakfast so much! Room is small and furniture is getting old - probably it's time for them to refurbish their hotel rooms. Toilet is very clean but small - hardly can move in the bathing area; should make the bathing area bigger. |

We booked a triple room. It was a pleasant surprise to find on our arrival on the 5th floor that we had a double room with an adjoining lounge with contained a large sofa bed. The rooms were spotless and nicely furnished. Both rooms had T.V's.The location as other reviewers have said is very good. The breakfast is average, and the food layout a bit all over the place. |

The reception staffs were excellent and more than helpful. They tried every mean to help me out when i needed informantion around Milan. The rooms were nice and well equipped with facilities. 10 seconds walk to Lima metro station. Breakfast was nice. Everything was nice! |

Willingness of the personnel to help you in all means plus the location of the hotel. The furniture is a bit old and the prices are a bit high, but this is Milan, so this is reasonable. |

Rooms were clean and although the metro-line went under the hotel and we had a room on the first floor the metro noise was very quiet and did not bother us at all. The hotel is at a good location, just a short walk from the Central Station and the Metro stop is right outside the hotel. The breakfast was ok. But it should be a bit better at a four star hotel. |
