Excellent Location, cleanliness, Hotel staff

1) Even on the 5th floor in the room we heard metro vibration... Not too loud, but... 2) too hard to get fresh fruit on breakfast. too little for residents. 3) on receptin , first time in my life (I often stay in different hotels, 4-5 * in different countries) they asked me to leave deposit for room - 100 euro. deposit was for possible harm for room :) we entered the room. it was good, but for what was deposit, we did not understand... even now... 4) swimming-pool is free, but water is awfully cold.

On the whole our stay was very pleasent, staff very friendly foodgood

they had renovations being done in the rooms directly above mine.which meant that if you were not an early riser you were woken by hammering, what made it worse was that I had been in contact with the hotel prior to this and was not made aware of anything being done I would suggest that the hotel informs their guests if possible before they arrive other than that everything else was great

The hotel is in a good location. Underground stadion directly at the hotel. Close to the train station. Good starting point for shopping. Hotel has a several facilities, good breakfast (except breakfast coffee). Of course, the grates facility, was an underground car park, the price 24 Euro per day, but still. .

Although we booked a double room In 4 star hotel, we have got an extremely small room (about 10m2), which should be a single room in 2 star hotel. We also booked a non-smoking room, but we have got a smoking one. Tasteless breakfast coffee.

Location next to subway station Lima is perfect to go within 5 minutes to the center (Duomo). Although this hotel is on a busy square, this doesn't cause any inconvenience. The hotel is not very fancy or trendy but perfect for families with (young) children. Playstation available and free WiFi!!

The water of the swimming pool is too cold. If increased with 5C, the hotel would be perfect.

Location is good. Its on the Metro Red Line which gives easy access to the rest of the City. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy at all times.

Rooms are small. I had booked the Superior Room thinking that it would be a reasonable size but its quite small. Having said that the Manager did move us to a slightly bigger room which was very comfortable and recently refurbished.

The location, and the Cleanliness of the rooms were excellent.

The staff are not helpful especially when you ask them for some help they start talking to each other Italian and laughing that's I think unprofessional in front of guests, they should be trained for that, this in one hand, in another hand I was choked when I checked in with my family and the staff show me the suite I booked, it was completely far from the one I saw in internet, it was very small, no view. Plus I would like to add something to Sale or Reservation Department, as I have been booking hotels all over the world but never took the payment before my arrival, Imfortunitly your hotel did.

can improve on breakfast menu. bacon too greasy. choices are limited

That the elevator got stuck on us 2 times and my wife had a panic attack!

This hotel has friendly atmosfere, has good location and very nice personal.

Great hotel in a great location. Go back there again.
