The room. Very comfortable. Very American. The breakfast was an added bonus. The internet connection. It was not working in our room. We had to us the lobby. I picked this hotel for the room connection so that we could talk with our children via internet. The hotel staff was not very helpful. Nor did they try to fix the problem. |

Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but the hotel was tidy and clean. Not to mention the advantage of having thetro stop right outside the hotel! Not that I did not like, rather needs a bit of improvement, the bathrooms were a bit out of date and need more towel space. |

Just Metro station in front. You can shop from here to another M station. But I cannot find a small supermarket close to the Hotel. The shower, have to climb inside to take the shower. |

If you want to spend a bit and have a 4 star than go for it. Jsut find in 4 star hotels there is no value for moey. You pay extra for almost everything. |

Friendly staff, comfortable underground parking but a little bit expensive. Rich breakfest bufet on terrase, included sparkling wine. All was well! |

location not far off Milan Central station...staff at reception were helpful Poor quality hotel...Max 2* not the 4* it was given...small room for a triple...& bath was narrow just like the lift....there was some smell in the room & the beds were itchy..breakfast choice was poor for non-pork eaters (common in Italy)...wireless did not work in the room...only worked near reception |

The location was fabulous for shopping and good for sightseeing as it is right next to the metro and 10 mins from the railway station. The staff were very efficient and spoke very good English. Our room was very small and had two small flights of stairs which we had to carry or cases up and down. The air-conditioning did not work properly. |

Near the Lima metro station, very friendly and helpful reception staff, orthopedic pillow was available on request too soft and very uncomfortable beds- we both had back pain, very bad non hygienic breakfast , worst scrambled eggs I've tasted |

I liked the location as it is in the middle of the shopping area. Everything was very clean the staff very lovable and helpful and the bed is fantastic. I was not very found of the food at the restaurant (the small room) on the 6th floor. |

Reasonable location not too far from the fashion "quadrilateral" and the Piazza Duomo. Pleasant sun-terrace on top of the hotel, but not serviced with towels or drinks. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Everything was "ok", but just "ok" - mediocre breakfast, no service on sun terrace, mediocre beds and bedding. A bit over-priced really for what you get. |

The location is ideal for visiting the centre of Milan, walking distance from San Babila and Duomo. Also very good for the metro, just under the hotel. We had booked a deluxe double and when we arrived we were give a standard double at the same price. Only after showing our booking and insisting on what we had booked we were given another room. We had no assistance in moving baggage and were told because they were full that night we had to make the change immediately. Not exactly what we expected. |

The hotel was well placed for shopping (on the main street, about a 20 minute walk to the main square) and had a very good breakfast selection. I particluarly liked the 5kg jar of nutella! The beds were really soft so got a bit of back pain but you could choose between about 9 different types of pillow - never had that option before! |

I would say that evertything was fantastic. The location near Duomo Sq. and the subway are ok. All the staff was really friendly. I used free wifi connection which was really good for my business. I'll suggest this property to my friends. |

My 2nd day, the aircond system was malfunctioned & informed the receptionist. Within minutes, we have been transfered to the suiteroom. It is so luxury & such a great gift for our wedding anniversary. Small toilet ( for double room). |
