Best Western Hotel Galles

Location right on the Metro line, room and friendliness of desk staff.

The staff are friendly and are always helpful. The location of the hotel is very easily reached via metro which is a plus for those on a budget. The price for the room we got was fantastic!

for a four star hotel the room was very small compared to other hotels I stayed in on same trip to Italy, air conditioner did not work properly.

Location is perfect, metro Lima is just two steps from the hotel, clean modern hotel, nice restaurant& breakfast.

They hold additional 100Euro from account even it was pre-paid in advance, my first room at 6th floor was awful and small with air-con problems but the changed new one was good.

Superb location for underground access, and lovely clean rooms.

The best three-bed room I have had in a hotel. Very clean, Professional and attentive staff, very helpful. Underground parking.

No curtain on bathroom window (5th floor).

the room was nice and cozy, was easy to find it, good placed near to Metro and Dome, the breakfast was quite reach. We forgot the camera and the maid found it and handed it to us when we came back to look for it..

The receptionist was a bit confused and not that helpful regarding instructions and the parking number as seemed they did not know which parking place is occupied and which not, so we had to go back to reception and back to garage 2-3 times (as we found the advised number closed, then we realized is occupied so we finally got another number..). we observed when leaving that happened the same, when an American couple came to park their car. We received and accepted apologies.

There was no coffee tea facilities provided, have to go down to ask for just only hot water which staff quite not helpful...very inconvenience.

Great hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. I was disturbed by noise outside my room and they swiftly gave me another. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows and English speaking movies on pay-tv. A/C quiet and effictive. Good breakfast and location on shopping streat right by trams and metro.

Nothing to not like

Location is excellent, breakfast is rich.

This is my 5th stay at this hotel and probably the last time. The room was small, the corridor was noisy in the morning, there was an alarm system bill inside the room that went off many times during my last night of stay.

The location is good and the room is comfortable.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, parking is extra but very well worth it as the area is very busy, 10 mins walk to the centre and the rooms are clean and comfortable

Great location - just 1 minute walk from the metro station and 4 metro stops from Duomo. Comfortable, clean and pleasant to stay. polite and friendly staff.
