Sijainti on erinomainen, Corso Buenos Airesin varrella, eli shoppailijan paratiisissa. Metroaseman sisäänkäynti melkein hotellin oven edessä. Myös rautatieasema kohtuullisen matkan päässä. Henkilökunta ylitsevuotavan kohteliasta ja palvelualtista, kielitaidosta puhumattakaan. Ala-aulan baarista sai drinkkien lisäksi pikkusyötävää. Kuudennen kerroksen valoisassa ravintolassa aamiainen erinomainen, näkymä huikea. Voisin mennä uudestaan hotelliin.

Ravintolassa tavanomainen menu, jopa tylsähkö, eikä varsinaisia kulinaarisia elämyksiä tarjolla. Myös hintataso kallis. Huoneiden minibaarista puuttui piccoloviinipullot kokonaan. Äänieristys huoneiden välillä olematon.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, jos haluaa shoppailla edullisemmissa kaupoissa. Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja he auttoivat mm. eri kohteiden löytämisessä.

Liikenteen äänet, varsinkin hotellin alla kulkevan metron ääni kuului 2. kerroksen huoneeseen.

The included buffet breakfast was really good. As well, the location of the hotel, right next to shops & the metro was excellent.

Excellent Location, cleanliness, Hotel staff

1) Even on the 5th floor in the room we heard metro vibration... Not too loud, but... 2) too hard to get fresh fruit on breakfast. too little for residents. 3) on receptin , first time in my life (I often stay in different hotels, 4-5 * in different countries) they asked me to leave deposit for room - 100 euro. deposit was for possible harm for room :) we entered the room. it was good, but for what was deposit, we did not understand... even now... 4) swimming-pool is free, but water is awfully cold.

Good location, walking distance from central Station with metro station outside hotel to go into city. Excellent breakfast as reviewed previously even had gluten free items. Staff led by David were helpful. Local restaurants . We recommend The Kitchen on via Scarlatti best value in the area. Hotel staff were helpful particularly in providing train times for our trips to the Lakes. We travelled to Como from station Nord as recommended by Matteo reception staff, had a boat trip to Bellagio and then across to Varenna and a good value meal at cafe Il Molo before catching the train back to Milan. An excellent day out. We also caught the express to Lugano for a day by the lake in Switzerland.

One member of staff on the desk was very rude on our last day when we were leaving. I asked for times of the coach back to Linate Airport and he insisted he lived in Milan and that there was no such service. (Even though I told him we had arrived by this.) When I mentioned the company he then provided the information without any apology whilst other staff were friendly. A bad end to an enjoyable stay in Milan.

Lovely hotel,good big room, safe, mini bar + kettle in room tho' disappeared one day! Friendly staff, great choice for breakfast plus pool a bonus on wet day! Location, within walking distance from Centrale Station, 10-15min. Train or bus from Malpensa Airport to Centrale Station. Metro Station, Lima (Red Line) just outside hotel so easy access to city centre. E4-50 for day ticket(24hours). Trip to Como, train from Cadorna Station( red line) every hour via Monza too, worthwhile for day, + funicular railway or boat trip on lake.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The from was perfect and the bar was great! Loved it!

Hotel was centrally located near all shopping and restaurants anda easymetro ride awaz from Duomo and museums. Hotel itself was very comfortable with an excellent breakfast.

The hotel was very central. Good buffet breakfast. Found a gem of a restaurant just off the main drag - Columbie - great food and very reasonably priced which is unusual for Italy. Max, the barman, was excellent.

Reception staff not over friendly. Restaurant a let down - more like a canteen and whilst the food was of a good standard in the evening, there was no atmosphere.

Nice hotel close to the metro and train station. Clean room and comfortable.

Desk receptionists could be a little bit more friendly to the clients.

My handbag was stolen at the Terrazzo restaurant at breakfast on my first day... I was devastated... The hotel staff were very helpful in accompanying me to the police station as I do not speak Italian... My i phone was in the handbag so I was unable to make phone calls, and I had no access from the phone in the hotel room to make international calls to my husband in Sydney, I was told at reception to make calls from the public phone box outside the hotel...This is not acceptable from a 4 star hotel
