The staff is absolut correct. The wellnes part is not usable. The noise of metro is so hard, also in the 5. floor. You can't sleep before midnigth. |

Quite close to downtown, good traffic (metro just near the hotel). Nice, friendly staff. Rooms are very small even compared to other hotels in Italy. |

A szállást kézpénzben kifizettem de ezen kivül a bankártyámról is "kaució" néven leemelték az összeget.A bankom jelezte a tranzakciót ezt közöltem a recepción. Majd azt mondták később jóváírják. Ez a mai napig nem történt meg.Mérhetettlenül felvagyok háborodva.Duplán fizettették ki a szállást. |

The roof top terrace was amazing view of the city Exterior remodel over the entrance made entering building feel unsafe. The rumble from subway through the night was difficult to ignore, at the beginning of stay. |

Very nice room, good breakfast, very close to metro (subway) exit A little bit far from the central rail station, even the hotel is close to metro station, you have to change line in order to reach the rail station. |

Everything. The location of the hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the room was always clean, and silence. The parking. In our box the door didn't close. After we close it didn't open when we want to leave. But I know very well that it isn't the hotel's faliure. |

The staff at the reception desk were very welcoming ,helpful and friendly.Our room was of good standard and very pleasing and with breakfast included our stay was great value for a city break.The hotel,s location was ideal for the metro, bus station, the shops and the city sightseeing. We would certainly consider staying here on a future visit to Milan. Our room was at the front of the hotel ,the traffic noise was exceptable but.....the metro which seems to run underneath the hotel was rather offputting as the frequency of the trains created a constant rumble in the room not recommended for the relaxing weekend,a bit of a nightmare!!!! |

Loved the quality and cleanliness of the hotel, breakfast was beautiful and loved the wine! The lift in the main lobby was very slow, however we discovered more lifts later on in the stay. |

Bad service in Hotel, No tlexibility to change date in booking... I booked 4 days and ask to change the 2 firste day to next week and then ad 1 extra night to...I offeded them to pay extra for change. no posibbily!!! In may eye very bad service/flexibility. So I booked another Hotel for 3 days!! |

The staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was good and had lots of choice.The room was quiet. The smallest triple room we have ever stayed in, it really was difficult to move with comfort. The bathroom was dated, very small and the shower was too small and there really should have been a bath for a triple room with a child. We'd rate the bedroom 2 star not 4 star! The lobby/foyer of the hotel had a cold atmosphere and not conducive to a relaxing weekend break. |

The fitness center and the spa. The room is roomy and comfortable. The king size bed is a real bed, not two twin-bed put together. Love the bed. The front desk could be a little bit helpful for assisting us with the tour booking and sight-seeing information. When after checking-out, the bell man and the front desk were not helpful. The hotel location is not good for people who have luggages. You need to walk for at least 15 minutes from the train station, unless you know the Metro system, but you still need to carry your suitcases up and down to transfer the lines. If you are a light traveler, this hotel is good for you. Or you can pay 25 euro for a taxi to take you to the train station according to the bell man. |
