ホテル６階でいただく朝食が良かったです。太陽の光が入る明るく広いビュッフェは快適でした。パンやハム、- ヨーグルトのバリエーションも多く、毎朝食事をとるのが楽しみでした。子供には色鉛筆と塗り絵を毎日テーブ- ルに届けてくれるので子供も飽きずに楽しめました。部屋は広く、台所もついていたので間食などで簡単な調理- もできました。４人で宿泊しましたが、ベッドルームは２部屋セパレートだったので快適でした。

館内にはWIFI(無線LAN)が配備とあるが、部屋の玄関までしか電波が届いておらず、使う度に玄関へ行- かないと使えないので苦労しました（ロビーでは十分使えますが…）。フィレンツェやローマのホテルでは、部- 屋の隅々まで電波が届き快適だったので、残念でした。また、無線LANを使うのにあたって、IDとパスワー- ド（レシートのような紙に印刷されたもの）をフロントから貰って使用しますが、手順がどこにも書いていませ- んでした。プールも申し込み制で、日本人には少し敷居が高く思いました。館内のアメニティが写真入りで説明- されたパンフレットがあればいいと思いました。バスルームは新しく清潔でしたが、最近のホテルのトレンドで- いくと少しせまい感じがします。

フロントの対応は良い。また、手配してくれたタクシーも非常に良いドライバーでした。

アメニティに関してもう少し揃えておくと良い。歯ブラシもシャンプーもないなら告知しておいて欲しかった。-

Location is perfect as Metro station just infront of the hotel for easy going around the city, the tain station is a walking distance. The hotel is located on the main shopping street. The natural musem is withing walking distance.

The quality of the food in the restaurant is not good, we had our dinner of the first night at the resturant on the 6th floor and it was not worth the money we paid.

It is atleast 1 km from the the Milan Train Station.

It was not about me liking the hotel. I had mentioned in my reqeust that travelling with 12 yr old child. They should have already blocked the room accordingly for 2 adults n 1 extra bed for the child. The receptionist was adament for charging the extra bed at an exorbent amount & I agreed. We got the key of the room but the room was an occupied room and the other guest was not happy. When informed about this, they took it very lightly & made me and my family wait for 1 hour another room (made me see 3 different rooms). My question is when they do not have a room with 1 King Bed & an extra bed can be fitted in that room - they should not sell it. Very uncorfortable stay. Want to have a refund for my first night as they did not even provide us the extra bed which the receptionist was arguing about at the first place to charge. Told them next morning that they did not place the extra bed in the room. Very poor service and follow up.

I came to the hotel by night and from the first impression, I liked the design & the location which is near to everywhere, located at the heart of the medium & high end of fashion brands, Resturants, Cafes and the valued point is the hotel is surrouneded by all transportations like the 3 lines of the underground a few meters from the hotel enterance covering most of the Milan areas, also about 1 km from the train central station.

Only I need to mention 2 points. First the house keeping need to follow a check list to cover all the missing items at the room like foam bath, shampoo,tea bags other than they very good in cleaning. The 2nd point is the staff at the resturant need to give more attention to welcome & smile other than they perfect at everything. They are complaints but remarks.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast.

The gym and swimming pool facilities were very very poor. The pool was more of a dipping pool than a swimming pool. And the information on the site claimed that the hotel was near the Duomo; it tales 30 minutes on foot to get to the Duomo and thats walking fast!!! This really disappointed us because we booked the hotel on this basis; huge disappointment!!

The breakfast buffet is great, the spa and facilities are small but good enough. The location is a 15+ minute from the main Cathedral and downtown sites, but the walk is down Buenos Aires street which is one of the main cheaper shopping streets, so the walk to town works out well if you are into shopping whilst in Milan.

Beware, they take a 100 cash deposit from you when you arrive, this is in spite of the fact that I had 100% paid for two rooms more than 2 weeks in advance. They said it was "in case you break anything" which for a supposed 4 star hotel is pretty cheap behaviour.

We took 2 rooms (double+triple) Cleanliness of our rooms , Excellent Breakfast , Internet availability , location near shopping area highly recommended!!

1)They moved us twice from our double room within 24 hour because there was a problem in the bathroom, we lost time in that day with no compensation 2)price

Very helpful staff.
