Best Western Hotel Galles

Przyjechaliśmy do Mediolanu na targi , hotel jest świetnie skomunikowany z terenami targowymi ,przejazd metrem bez przesiadek zajmował niewiele czasu , obsługa służyła wszelką pomocą , bufet śniadaniowy był obfity i urozmaicony, pokój czysty i dobrze wyposażony

Mam zastrzeżenia do lokalizacji pokoju który nam przydzielono ,był on usytuowany na 1 piętrze , ale okno wychodziło na wewnętrzny taras również na tym poziomie i schody ewakuacyjne , więc pomijając to ,że widoku nie było żadnego ,to ani okna ani okiennic nie można było otworzyć ,gdyż w czasie naszego pobytu przeprowadzano tam wciąż jakieś porządki , remonty itp, od 8 rano tuż za oknem kręcili się robotnicy , paląc i głośno rozmawiając.

The staff very friendly and helpful especially the lovely young bar man, the location was excellent and most definatley would stay here again

Overall a very good experience

the only thing was the the double bedroom had two separate beds. I don't think this should be the standard and could be uncorfontable

The staff at the reception desk were very welcoming ,helpful and friendly.Our room was of good standard and very pleasing and with breakfast included our stay was great value for a city break.The hotel,s location was ideal for the metro, bus station, the shops and the city sightseeing. We would certainly consider staying here on a future visit to Milan.

Our room was at the front of the hotel ,the traffic noise was exceptable but.....the metro which seems to run underneath the hotel was rather offputting as the frequency of the trains created a constant rumble in the room not recommended for the relaxing weekend,a bit of a nightmare!!!!

Loved the quality and cleanliness of the hotel, breakfast was beautiful and loved the wine!

The lift in the main lobby was very slow, however we discovered more lifts later on in the stay.

Bad service in Hotel, No tlexibility to change date in booking... I booked 4 days and ask to change the 2 firste day to next week and then ad 1 extra night to...I offeded them to pay extra for change. no posibbily!!! In may eye very bad service/flexibility. So I booked another Hotel for 3 days!!

The fitness center and the spa. The room is roomy and comfortable. The king size bed is a real bed, not two twin-bed put together. Love the bed.

The front desk could be a little bit helpful for assisting us with the tour booking and sight-seeing information. When after checking-out, the bell man and the front desk were not helpful. The hotel location is not good for people who have luggages. You need to walk for at least 15 minutes from the train station, unless you know the Metro system, but you still need to carry your suitcases up and down to transfer the lines. If you are a light traveler, this hotel is good for you. Or you can pay 25 euro for a taxi to take you to the train station according to the bell man.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and the choice of food at breakfast was amazing!

The hotel is tired and expensive for what you get - location is good but for the price I expected better - breakfast was very good - hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

having only two lifts when the main restaurant is on the top floor was very frustrating waiting for a lift to arrive during busy periods especially at breakfast - not a good start to the day.
