Facilities and nearness to Subway Station Address not accurate. GPS had trouble finding place. Access was complicated and cumbersome to get in and out in a car. |

It is very easy to access to metro station. The address is confusing. The address in the confirmation message is wrong. I called the reception and I did not receive good guidance. The wright address does not appear ın the navigation system. |

The hotel is very convenient for access to/from Ciampino airport and the grounds are pleasant. There is a also a pool available in the summer months. Rooms in the annexe are very close to the GRA motorway and hence very noisy. In recent months, the quality of the food has diminished drastically. There is also now only very limited bar service. |

Entrance hall looked grand, 24 hour desk was good as well, breakfast till 10 o'clock is a good idea. No kettle in the room, no chairs on the balcony (if you could call it a balcony) our ground floor one looked over the builders yard. The shuttle bus is no good it does not run 9am to 9pm as advertised (this must be changed). I phoned at 8.30pm from the Ciampino airport and was told it was not possible and to take a taxi (£30 for 5 min ride?? (it was not broken down then). Two days later it brokedown and left us to find our own way back from the metro. |

Budget location Restaurant offered a poor selection and over priced. Location difficult to find. On our stay the shuttle bus was not available and staff were very unhelpful to sort out the situation. No forward planning for alternative transport by the hoteland no apology for inconvenience caused. Terrible service. Ended up getting a lift to the metro in a small car driven by a member of the staff. Also nothing in the area around the hotel of any interest. |

The bus to the local underground was very good and we used it to get into rome each day we stayed it was very easy. The staff were helpful and the restaurant was ok. We were driving and it allowed us to leave the car while we visited Rome. Even though it is in a very busy area there was no road noise at all but.... the internal walls must be made from paper you can hear everything going on in the hotel even the guy next door snoring and talking on the phone - if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. |

The staff where very friendly and helpful. The services where okay. We where touring a lot so did not spend very much time at the hotel. We read that the hotel ran a shuttle to the train station every 30 mins. But it only ran a couple of hours in the morning and evening. However it did have local bus service which worked out quite well. |

The free shuttle from the hotel to the metro station was very useful for going into Rome. The remote location that made it difficult to find. That there was no place to eat other than the hotel unless you wanted to drive a ways and hope you could find your way back. |

Nothing it was disgraceful The price of the room, the walls were paper thin could hear the people chatting in the rooms next to us and even hear people in rooms down the hallway, not what I would expect of Best Western. Completely unsuitable for anyone who wants to rest or sleep before getting a flight etc. Would not recommend it for anyone |

the continental breakfast was good and the shuttle to the train was great we booked 2 rooms and when we got the keys, one room was fine, but the other was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We notified the front desk and they said the cleaning crew was gone for the day and there were no other rooms, but we could get clean sheets if we wanted, so we went and got the sheets as it was pouring rain outside and we didn't feel like finding another place. The staff that was on at the time didn't even offer to change the sheets for us, we had to do it ourselves...not good |

Swimming pool was too small for number of guests. Not enough beds for all people at pool. Room in basement was not pleasant and maybe should be cheaper to reflect this.Breakfast was a little late for my flight which I had to check in at 8am. I was not offered an earlier breakfast as at other hotels. |

Although the hotel is near the highway, in an industrial area, it has a beautiful garden!!! We had a great relaxation by the pool |

We chose this hotel because it has a pool, free wi-fi, and free parking. We were not at all disappointed. We didn't need their shuttle service to and from the metro, but that seemed to be very useful for those who did use it. The summer rates were very attractive, making this hotel an excellent value-for-money choice. |

Good connections to public transports was a fake. A minibus shuttle to the nearest subway station was useful, but it took more than half an hour to go from the hotel to colosseum by subway (including the minibus). Mentioned free of charge minibus drive to Ciampino airport, which was mentioned in web portal, was not also available until 8:30 AM. Tthat transport cost appeared as extra to the final price. :-( |

Horrible location. Book only if you are planing to take a taxi there. Impossible to find. The address what is given on the site doesn't exist. We had to call the hotel they gave us the address of some other building next to the hotel, so gps would pick it up. If you dont have gps - just forget about finding it. We spend one hour driving around with gps. Even after learning where it is, managed to get lost in the web of highways around it. Metal blinds on the windows, very small pool and surrounding area is just some industrial neighborhood. You can crash there for a night, if you have no other choice. I think Booking.Com should at least give gps coordinates for hotels with such vague addresses. |

Near rome, the room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. I could relax after heavy daily life. The public transportation is not easily reachable except by car. |

First of all...I did not stay the Best Western. When I arrived I was told that I had to move to another hotel because they were having trouble with the lights.... All the rooms were booked!!!!!!! They sent me to a hotel that charged less money. I specifically asked for the best western because it had a pool. It was out in the middle of nowhere. They charged 15 dollars -- 10 euros to take us anywhere (used it to and from train station -- not even three miles away - but difficult to get to because it was all farm roads with no space to walk along the road) . The food was over priced -- and to top this all off. On ourt last day there, we were told that we had to eat at another building. They had music and then we were charged 20 euros extra for sitting there!!! We were never told about this - nor were we given options. This was a hiorroble experience!@!! |

Set less than 5 minutes' walk from Termini Station, in an area where you will find many restaurants and shops, Hotel Milani provides spacious, modern rooms. |
Grand Hotel Palazzo Carpegna is set in a residential area 3 km from the Vatican City. A nearby metro station provides quick connection to Rome city centre. |
Ardeatina Park Hotel is set in a quiet, green area 500 metres from Rome's GRA ring road, exit 24. Free shuttle to/from Rome Ciampino Airport at scheduled times. |
