The hotel was fairly priced and close to the airport

Totally reliant on the shuttle bus service to get to and from the hotel. The food was good but the menu was very limited.

Reception staff pleasant and most helpful. We would particularly like to commend the receptionist whose name was Bambi, he excelled in his role and was most helpful not only to ourselves, but we observed this same helpfulness and charm in his dealings with all guests - a star!

The restaurant was very disappointing - particulaly for dinner, with only 3 choices of pasta dishes (all with tomato sauce) and 3 main course offerings (all veal and 2 with tomato sauce). If this is the best the restaurant can offer it should be closed. It was an embarrassment to the waiters and a very unsatisfactory experience for ourselves.

location was not convienient for anything, resulting in taxis, 20euros to the local metro is rip off due to the shuttle bus only going there a few times a day. I am a pilot and flew out of ciampino for a week and taxis resulted in 40euros a day, maybe something can be worked out there as it is a rip off for a 5 min drive.

the price is fair, near th location i had to work

the Hotel is in close proximity of two highways, very loud highways. furthermore because of the highway you can only leave the area by shuttle that stops service at 19:00. one is practically trapped their.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the staff were very nice. We liked the balconies too.

All was fine, only walls were a bit thin.

the cuty , stayed out the hotel as much as we could.

the staff were very rude and unhelpful, when it states a cortious lift to the undeground u dont mention its ony twice a day. i went to reception to ask for the 6,45 lift n ws told no lift 6,46 now. the bus broke down and was out of service, dinner tasted like a packet of pasta, my room had no window, just a sky light with no blind. which made for early mornings. very poor hotel , very dissapointed

This is an ok hotel once you get inside.

Location. Although this hotel is close to airport, its in the worst location you could imagine. Situated righ next to junk yard, hotel staff do not recommed you go outside when dark which leaves you no choice but to eat in hotel restaurant which only had three choices per course and was quite expensive. Hotel shuttle only works between 9am and 9pm to the airport so had to get a taxi which was nearly 30 euro as taxi's start charging from when they leave the base or last fair. Hotel has huge electronic security gates and loads of CCTV on the path to the hotel which it needs and you could pretty much fear for you life when outside it.
