The staff, location, shuttle and excellent food, but also the peace, quiet and comfort after a day of touring Rome.
A little grumpiness among the night staff.but not disagreement
Hotel very goog no complaints. Shuttle bus to Metro station where train to Rome leaves every 2 minutes and 20 train journey
My fault should have checked location of airport. This hotel is near domestic airport and not international and a distance from Rome central
Good breakfast and comfortable pool for great value, friendly staff.
A bit hard to find - located between two roads. Need to find out how exactly to get there before stay.
Not much to like about the hotel, apart the friendliness of the stuff and the low cost.
The location, the noise, too hot rooms.
The hotel located near the high way so those who drive the car has the advantages with free parking place.
Except the free parking and room price, almost everything was under the average. specially the hotel has underground rooms which smelled badly with mold. the old hotel manager didnt care about that.
wifi was very poor
Swimming pool, friendly staff.
Rooms a bit old and dark. Restaurant food is not great, and there is no menu with prices. The waiter just tells the dishes of the day.
Buona qualità prezzo, stanze buone.
location, staff, convenience, shuttle, breakfast, price
no credit card machine
Dirty rooms, dirty swimming pool, bad breakfast, horrible transfer from and in hotel.
The people at the front desk were very unhelpful. Only one map of Rome that didn't go up to the neighborhood of the hotel. Breakfast not particularly good. They charged us $73 for the free shuttle service to the metro
I liked the pool and the feeling of comfort in the rooms.
I think the pricing of things was unclear, this led to confusion. Things that seemed compimentary were actually going to cost us, which wasnt made clear.
kind and helpful staff, value for money
The location of the property is not in central Rome. This was beneficial to us as we wanted to be away from the crowds when we were not visiting. It does mean a bus trip + Metro trip to get to the city, but that was amenable to us as they both ran fairly often. The cottage we stayed in was quite nice and large, too.
The WiFi was fairly slow and there is poor reception if you are staying in one of the external cottages. Just be warned that if you need to do business work, this would be problematic. The rooms do have cat5 cables, though, that can be used for cabled internet. That was still fairly slow, though.
It is a magic and good place very beautiful and nice staff i was very comfort and free car parking and breakfast. Clean and you have every things inside as apartment as hotel. I like it and for sure i will come again. it also provided a transport from hotel to the canter and from center to hotel.
huge room surface, good WiFi, free tansfer to/from hotel, lunch box on request :-)
