Vriendelijkheid van het personeel Was toch wel overal ver vandaan, de verbinding met bus en metro waren heel goed maar het duurde bijna 3 kwartier voor je in de stad was. |

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, kamer was schoon. Het hotel is heel erg slecht te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. |

Het ligt redelijk dicht bij de luchthaven maar de taxie of shuttle moet wel over de erg drukke ring van Rome Het hotel is voor de taxi nagenoeg onmogelijk te vinden. Het straatje waar het aan ligt is blijkbaar onderbroken waardoor de taxi, die op de gps reed, hopeloos verloren reed. 25€ extra kosten en 30 minuten rondrijden. Tenzij men het vlot in het italiaans kan uitleggen is het hotel daarom echt af te raden. De shuttle begint pas om 9u te rijden, omdat we bij de boeking gemeld hadden dat we een shuttle om 8 u nodig hadden hebben ze na lang getalm toch transport naar de luchthaven voorzien. |

Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Eigen parking. zeer vriendelijk personeel. Slechte geluidsisolatie. Ook met GPS zeer moeilijk te vinden. |

hotel was goed qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De ligging is uitstekend m.b.t. de afstand tot het vliegveld. Maar de locatie is slecht, smerig, aan de weg geen uitzicht, je kunt vanuit het hotel nergens naartoe lopen. Dit hotel zou ik alleen aan bevelen voor mensen die de volgende dag vroeg weer op het vliegveld moeten zijn. Dus voor 1 nachtje. |

Het ontbijt. Het Hotel is bijzonder slecht bereikbaar. De via Lucrezia Romana is doorsneden door grote wegen. Dit wordt door het hotel niet helder gecommuniceerd, en heeft ons het dubbele aan taxigeld gekost. Ook terwijl wij er waren werd er door anderen gebeld over de ligging van het hotel.Door het personeelwerd dit weggewoven met de opmerking dat anderen nog veel meer betaalden soms. |

De ligging T.A.V. de luchthaven en de gratis shuttebus van het hotel. Ook prettig de gratis koffie-en theefaciliteiten en de aanwezigheid van het balkon met zitje, zodat je buiten kunt zitten. |

It is very easy to access to metro station. The address is confusing. The address in the confirmation message is wrong. I called the reception and I did not receive good guidance. The wright address does not appear ın the navigation system. |

The hotel is very convenient for access to/from Ciampino airport and the grounds are pleasant. There is a also a pool available in the summer months. Rooms in the annexe are very close to the GRA motorway and hence very noisy. In recent months, the quality of the food has diminished drastically. There is also now only very limited bar service. |

Entrance hall looked grand, 24 hour desk was good as well, breakfast till 10 o'clock is a good idea. No kettle in the room, no chairs on the balcony (if you could call it a balcony) our ground floor one looked over the builders yard. The shuttle bus is no good it does not run 9am to 9pm as advertised (this must be changed). I phoned at 8.30pm from the Ciampino airport and was told it was not possible and to take a taxi (£30 for 5 min ride?? (it was not broken down then).Two days later it brokedown and left us to find our own way back from the metro. |

Budget location Restaurant offered a poor selection and over priced. Location difficult to find. On our stay the shuttle bus was not available and staff were very unhelpful to sort out the situation. No forward planning for alternative transport by the hoteland no apology for inconvenience caused. Terrible service. Ended up getting a lift to the metro in a small car driven by a member of the staff. Also nothing in the area around the hotel of any interest. |

The bus to the local underground was very good and we used it to get into rome each day we stayed it was very easy. The staff were helpful and the restaurant was ok. We were driving and it allowed us to leave the car while we visited Rome. Even though it is in a very busy area there was no road noise at all but.... the internal walls must be made from paper you can hear everything going on in the hotel even the guy next door snoring and talking on the phone - if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. |

The staff where very friendly and helpful. The services where okay. We where touring a lot so did not spend very much time at the hotel. We read that the hotel ran a shuttle to the train station every 30 mins. But it only ran a couple of hours in the morning and evening. However it did have local bus service which worked out quite well. |

The free shuttle from the hotel to the metro station was very useful for going into Rome. The remote location that made it difficult to find. That there was no place to eat other than the hotel unless you wanted to drive a ways and hope you could find your way back. |
