The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was so efficient, always on time. The pool was lovely, the sun loungers comfy and with a fabulous view. Our patio door was broken, would not lock, which was both insecure for us and impractical as air con would not work with door open. We reported this on first night but after 6 nights when we checked out it still was not fixed. Was both angry and disappointed at this. |

Friendly, professional easy going staff. Classy but not too stuffy. Very quite location 1 mile outside Sorrento. |

Lovely hotel. Good location and shuttle service is excellent. Lovely pool with great views. The staff were wonderful and really made our holiday. |

The friendliness, dedication, and efficiency of the staff, the pool, restaurant, shuttle bus. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. On one evening, the water supply to the area was disconnected for a few hours, and we had ample bottles of water delivered to our rooms before we even knew there was a problem. The staff alway seemed to have a smile on their faces. |
