Everything was perfect!

Comfort and service, friendly professionals

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. We spent 4 nights last week there on a B&B basis and paid to have the dinner on one of the nights. The fact that a tour company's guests were staying there did not detract from the enjoyment of the hotel's facilities, in fact it is doubtful whether we would have enjoyed two nights free entertainment from a really competent musical duo if the hotel was relying on just independent travellers. We had a really spacious room with a lovely sun terrace and side sea view which wasn't too expensive for what it was.

Perhaps the only small minus is the fact that the hotel is about 2 kms out of Sorrento so you have to rely on the once an hour hotel courtesy bus service as the road is too dangerous to walk on. However, this wasn't too much of a problem.

Friendly helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them Excellent poolside area. Good breakfast. Nice hotel. Easy frequent shuttle to sorrento centre. Did not eat in the evening at hotel.

Fitness room disappointing.2 machines not properly working, thin exercise mats, not too much kit. It is not upto standard. As there is only one road full of mad italian drivers one cannot run (or cycle) so it is the only exercise area. Not good if you need some exercise during the week.

We have stayed at la solar a before for our honeymoon and this time came back with our two children, I highly recommend the hotel, all the staff where friendly and it was nice to see after six years all the old staff worked there. I wouldn't hesitate on booking la solar a again in the future.

Pleasant hotelstaff, clean nice pool area and in general the atmosphere was relaxed. Shuttle service to Sorrento worked well.

The staff was wonderful. The room was lovely. We wish we had had more time.

The only problem was that it was located on the other side of Sorrento so that to go anywhere off the peninsula, one had to drive through the town, and traffic was a nightmare. It would be a perfect place to stay if one were visiting Sorrento itself for a few days. There were many British families, which might be an attraction for some, but we would have preferred a more international mix.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de netheid zijn ongelooflijk goed ! Het hotel is ook niet te groot, wat maakt dat er een familiesfeer hangt. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg, de badkamer groot en 2maal daags worden de handdoeken vervangen. Je krijgt ook een fles wijn aangeboden en 's avonds ligt er een snoepje klaar op je nachtkastje. De afstand naar Sorrento is net iets te groot (en te gevaarlijk) om te voet te doen, maar de shuttlebus van het hotel biedt hiervoor een superalternatief. In het kleine haventje van Puolo (wel goed te voet te doen), kan je zeer lekker en vrij goedkoop eten. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd en hebben dus de ruime omgeving kunnen verkennen, wat een absolute aanrader is. Tip : Ga iets eten op het magnifieke terras van het restaurant Miracapri in Termini, zoals de naam al doet vermoeden : je krijgt er gratis en voor niets een superzonsondergang met zicht op Capri !

Er viel zeer weinig tegen. Het was er 's nachts zeer stil en rustig, maar je hoorde wel perfect het suizen van de kranen en de douche in de kamer naast je. Nog 1 minpuntje : wij hadden, naar aanleiding van een andere commentaar, een kamer met balkon gereserveerd met een iets hogere prijs dan de standaardkamer. Echter hebben we toch een kamer gekregen die uitgaf op een hoge witte muur, waardoor we dus een beetje "gevangen" zaten, zonder enig uitzicht. Tip voor booking : misschien het vermelden waard bij jullie beschrijving, want het is toch wat spijtig van de meerprijs.

Le manque absolu d'isolation. Le petit-déjeuner (pas tout a fait à la hauteur d'un 4*+.

La pulizia dell'hotel, l'ottimo cibo, la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale hanno contribuito a rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno in questa terra meravigliosa!

Ottimo buffet per le colazioni. Buon servizio di navetta per raggiungere Sorrento.Spazio sufficiente, siamo andati in Maggio, per parcheggiare l'auto, nonostante I problemi di parcheggio della zona. Camera pulita spaziosa e splendida vista sul mare. Personale disponibile e simpatico,uso della piscina.

La vasca da bagno e la relativa doccetta non sono proprio all'altezza della categoria e di tutto il resto.

Struttura nuova e ben tenuta. La gentilezza dello staff la si percepisce in ogni minima richiesta. Immerso nel verde ma dotato di una comodissima navetta gratuita che collega l'albergo con il centro di Sorrento. Non ho avuto modo di raggiungere la spiaggia, ma era li a poche centinaia di metri, visibile anche dalla bella ed ampia camera.

L'unica pecca è stata una nuvola pomeridiana!

хороший отель - и обслуживание и качество еды, проживающие - в основном англичане пенсионного возраста, удобный шаттл-бас до центра города, а при желании можно прогуляться до береговых бухт, правда, по автомобильной дороге без зоны для пешеходов с оживленным движением. но мы с ребенком остались довольны:)

Impecable, personal sumamente bien dispuesto, transporte al centro, cada hora imprescindible para la ubicacion.muy buena infraestructura para disfrutar de la vista y el sol. (Aunque cuando yo estuve llovio, no se luce)

Durch die Kategorie "superior" hatten wir zwei Zimmer, so dass unsere Tochter abends in Ruhe schlafen konnte und wir das zweite Zimmer und den Balkon für uns hatten.

Die Einrichtung könnte mal wieder modernisiert werden.

Anche se leggermente fuori dal centro circa 4 è un ottimo albergo personale attento e capace,la wifi nn funziona in tutte le camere in compenso avevamo una bellissima vista sul golfo,lo raccomanderei decisamente per chi va a sorrento

Quartos sem charme decoracao simples .Confortavel .Piscina muito boa . Funcionarios muito gentis .

Eh um hotel para excursao , a sala de cafe da manha eh enorme umas 50 mesas grandes porem ficam as melhores " reservadas !!! " e o garcon te indica as que ficam mais longe do buffet . Cafe da manha basico ...

Os funcionários do hotel são cordiais.

O hotel fica muito longe do centro de Sorrento mas há um shuttle que leva os hóspedes para o centro. O produto de limpeza usado no quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte.

The location high above the Bay of Naples is wonderful, as is the convenience to Sorrento.

For some unknown reason the rooms always smell a bit musty in this hotel. We have stayed here twice in the past two years. The first time we thought the smell was a fluke, but it was there again the second time. For a few days it's no problem, but for longer stays it would be bothersome.

Alles was gewoon fantastisch. We voelden ons als koningen behandeld! Wat een gastvrijheid !!
