Stayed in a very comfortable superior room with a large balcony that was extremely pleasant to sit out on in the evening. Tea making facilities in the room. Room was well decorated with laminate wooden floor. Very large comfortable bed. Good free bus service, through a short tunnel which is easily walkable, from close to hotel to the historical centre of the city. Good breakfast.

Roomy and has an a+ breakfast. Free parking and 24 hr checkin Front desk employees are not well trained. We had to ask about everything as information was not provided as it should have been (E.G. breakfast time and location, wifi access, location of room) also their command of the english language was poor

Responsive and polite staff, normal for 4*star hotel breakfast, usual check-out at 10.00, I asked and was allowed to did it at 12.00. Spectacular view on the castle. Password and login to free Wi-Fi acsess: you should receive it every day new at the reception. What for, if it's free?

We enjoied the silence and comfort of the room, even if small, and expecially the bed quality. We appreciated also the free bus service to the pedestrian City Center and the hotel large parking area.

Excellent staff, very clean, good breakfast, wifi is working properly, not more than 15 minutes walk to the city center. To go to the city center the nearest way is going through a tunnel that can be a bit unpleasant, due to noise, etc.

Beautiful hotel with big private parking place for guests. Spacious room with all you need, well decorated, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and huge modern bathroom. Various breakfast with great choice included in price was a nice advantage. Free wi-fi worked reliably. Very pleasant stay.

Parking was available, close to old city and castle (able to walk). Room was very clean and spacious. Hotel was newer and had a bar and restaurant. Breakfast was included and had a variety of items but hot items never seemed to get replenished.

Excellent pace for those who want to explore the city and to stay in a calm place at the same time: just a little bit far from the tourists' path. It also has delicious breakfasts, which give energy and enjoyment for the whole day and good room service.

The hotel is a sure pick for anyone either visiting Brescia or on the way to some other destination. We stayed in a de luxe room which was spacious, clean, silent, modern-looking and offered a huge balcony. We could park our car free of charge, there was wi-fi and the breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. This is great value for money and very much recommended for anyone.

A great hotel, probably the best we have stayed in since arriving in Italy 10 days ago. Breakfast was excellent, the staff very obliging with a spot to lock up our bikes. Close to the city. I would definitely say again if in the area.

The hotel was excellent value, we had booked a family room for 4 adults and we were given two joined rooms with one main door, both with ensuite facilities. The rooms were modern and spotless. Exceptional value at euro 119 for all of us including breakfast. You are next to the castle with good access to the city, there is also parking.

pretty nice hotel, very good selction of breakfast, very clean, privat parking with wide parking space, even for SUV. kind stuff. a bit far from the historical city althoug i did not espacially like it. very good for comfortable sleepover. normal room a bit small.
