the beauty of the building, The nice restaurant The nice breakfast Rooms are big and well decorated. Plus Sky network is available! Distance is walkable from city center
Comfy big bed, provided baby cot, breakfast, staff very nice and helpful, free car park.
Wifi was a bit slow, but guess this would happen when lots are using
Excellent staff, very nice rooms, pretty good restaurant, nice breakfast, fast and free wifi, secure and free parking. I got an upgraded room from standard to business with no charge.
More or less everything was fine. If I had to mention something "bad", that would be that breakfast area was not kept very clean during breakfast time.
Walking distance to subway station. Free bus to town (one stop only). Quiet with rooms facing castle.
Breakfast is not as good as expected. Bread can be better.
Every thing was excellent
Very friendly staff. Large breakfast. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the center (although you need to go through a tunnel). Beds were comfortable. Wi-fi connection was good
Furniture was not new. Considering the services, the hotel is a bit on the pricey side. Small parking
Friendly staff. Walking distance to city center. Good breakfast.
Very good value for money. Free bikes rent was a nice bonus (it's best transport from hotel to city center!)
The breakfast was very average with modest selection of food. May be because we came late.
Quiet location in busy town, easy access with parking. Pleasant staff with friendly service ready to help make our stay happy and comfortable. Large room with bath tub. Great restaurant.
In general the hotel was lovely & the staff were very nice & helpful. The location was in a nice area & suited me as I like to walk.
The fact that I ended up being destroyed in bites by bedbugs.
Good location- took 45 minutes by car one way to Milan and the other way yo Lake Garda. The room was comfortable and well appointed and clean. Very good range available for breakfast.
Reception staff at check in were very abrupt and unhelpful - didn't seem bothered about giving good service. The wifi was rather erratic which surprised me in a chain hotel.
It is good for one night stay on the way to malin. Restaurant Was very good.
Carpet is stained and needs replaced, paint is due but other then that very clean
It is very clean. The personal is really polite and skilled. The breakfast is very good. The room is very nice.
We were surprised with debiting our credit card the day before as we plan to pay in cash, we used the credit card as guarantee of payment only. We do not advise to use restaurant in the hotel for a dinner, it is of very low level!
hotel is on good position, just 5 minutes walking to the old part of town. I have beautiful view on castle. Single room is bigger then normal. wifi verry very good. Staff was friendly.
breakfast is not so good
Fabulous breakfast spread, comfy bed, and awesome shower.
Could not get on FB which was how I kept up with family and friends. Dark hairs on bathroom floor were a turn off....we just used hair dryer to blow into corner as we were very busy.
Location to the old city. Friendly staff and value for breakfast.
Best price hotel in Italy. Good situation near by the castle and residential area. The restaurant self-service is good also.
room with the view on the old castle
1 dcl vine = 7,5€ by the dinner
Great breakfast, free parking, quiet room, friendly staff, ...
Staff were very helpful especially the girl on reception. Within walking distance to the old town and castle. Would stop here again if I was in the area.
We booked a family room which turned out to be two adjoining rooms, although a door leading to the rooms could be locked meaning that we could sleep our children (age 5 and 7) in one room. Wifi worked perfectly well in our room. There are some English language news channels on the TV.
The food in the restaurant was very poor. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and my daughter and I ordered pizzas. The pizza bases were obviously shop bought, were overcooked and brick hard with the result both pizzas were inedible, we literally could not cut through the base. Breakfast, though plentiful, was also low quality, what was supposed to be scrambled egg was a yellow mush and the sausages (actually hot dogs) were burnt. Staff were very slow to clear the tables, and they weren't cleaned to a particularly high standard.
A great hotel and almost interesting town.
Nice clean hotel - great interconnecting rooms for us 4 - nice breakfast - only 10 min walk into old town where we had a nice meal - only about 50 min from bergamo airport
The weather ! Heavy rain in August ! - travellers could also consider driving an extra hour to Verona if you wanted a bigger city ?
Reception staff helpful. Room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast was not good.
Location was great. A short walk to the historic city center. In the other direction some banks and places to catch a quick bit to eat. Breakfast was substantial with a diverse selection.
Wi-Fi was intermittent. Requested burnt out light bulbs in the bathroom replaced twice, never accomplished.
