Easy parking. friendly and helpful staff, good size room, lovely bed, good shower, good a/c

Reception staff excellent. Hotel comfortable and convenient for seeing the centre.

Catering seemed disorganised and obvious lack of leadership. Needs urgent attention.

The gym is in a cold room, and quite forgotten.

This hotel have good restaurant.

Staff English-speaking, hotel and room generally clean and orderly, good value

(1)Undisciplined parking of cars, (2)breakfast items scarce or unavailable unless one goes down early, staff know this but do not do anything about it unless they are told, at times items were not replenished even after notifying staff.(3) dinner at hotel expensive compared to eateries in the vicinity, ordered cotoletta and piece on plate very small, a rip off.

We enjoyed everything in the hotel. THe friendly and welcomming staff in the reception, the restaurant incharge, the great breakfast and clean bigggggg rooms. In addition, i have to thank the staff for the 2 bottle of wines waited for us when arrived, to salabrate our 30 years anniversury. Thanks and we will sure come again - Gal Family.

I arrived at 10am and I was immediately offered an early check-in. very good restaurant, staff, service. Nothing to complain on!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our room was spacious, nicely furnished, breakfasts were good. Free parking is a big plus. One of the main city's sights, medieval castle, is located very close to the hotel, so we had a very nice view. Staff was very friendly and ready to help.

Good breakfast with amazing choice of typical local products, big room, comfortable.

We were there on New Year's Day and they offered a late checkout to guest who resided there the previous night. This however meant that we had to wait for our room to be cleaned and ready for quite a long time. Otherwise everything fine and the hotel staff are very friendly indeed.

the room had hot tub & sky , as it was pit stop before airport this seemed ideal , the hot tub was broken and tv didnt have sky , the hotel restaurant was very over priced even for hotel and food was way below standard . i would suggest looking at other hotels before selecting this one

Very comfortable and nice, close to the centre, easy to find, good breakfast, free parking, some rooms with view of the castle. we got "smart deal" and the price was reasonable.

Nothing, just regarding the location- although is close to the centre, the shortest way through the tunnel is not very convinient

Our dog was accepted at the time of booking without extra charges. When we arrived, we found a dog-bed, water and food cups and a dog cover in the room! A very nice surprise. We had two adjoining rooms, which worked perfectly with kids. The rooms were of generous size, clean, well equipped, modern and quite. The beds and pillows were exceptionally confortable.

Very nice hotel. The biggest and most comfortable bed ever. The hotel is very close to the city centre you only have to walk through the tunnel under the Castle (8-10 min). The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Free parking. Absolutely reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Great location, attentive staff, on site parking and a good breakfast. This was a real pleasure it was a shame that we were only staying one night. We like it so much that on future trips we will search out Best Western Hotels and intend to return to finish off our sightseeing in Brescia.

I cannot find fault with this hotel.

Breakfast was poor , had to wait for food to be put out .. Then it was cleared away because it had gone 10oclock .. No bar staff
