The staff is very friendly and we had everything we asked for...Excelent service. I really recommend it. Thanks a lot. Gabriel There is no parking (but this information is on their website), so i already knew before booking the apartment. So, nothing to complain with. |

We had the family room and it was fabulous. Two separate rooms with plenty of space, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The price was also great. Would definately stay there again. We could even get English TV. A little distant from Vicenza proper, but with a car it is no problem. |

the room was very good for one night stay: We got a junior suite instead of a family room, so it was suberb value for the price (79 €). free internet, good breakfast, free parking. Good service (first place in Italy..) The location is not so good, if you stay there longer, ( for us, it was ok, near Milan-Venice highway) |

The Best Western was a wonderful starting place for day trips to Nove and Venice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was unbelieveably good! |

It had a nice size shower and bath. The hotel was close to train tracks which made it rather noisy at night. The hotel was farther from historical attractions etc than we thought but it did have a bus stop nearby. |
