Very friendly staff that make you feel at home

Excellent position in the shopping centre and near the cathedral Good well stocked bar and modern dining room with good choice of menu. Staff at reception very helpful

The cleanliness and reception services with a smile. Also the fact that it is in a central place for shopping, as well as the parking facilities underground. We shall be coming there more often hopefully. Thank you. Carmen and Teddy Cilia

The breakfast was rather poor with scrambled eggs and bacon.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded without fuss and without charge as our original room was very small. Buffet breakfast was good. Being a long walk from Ibla, the hotel is fine for a short visit but there is little to warrant a longer stay.

Although the rooms were well maintained, the communal areas being seriously overdue for redoration. Breakfasts were fine, but the evening meal was a set menu with no choices. Difficult to find eating places nearby (although the Japanese restaurant Toshi is worth a try for something different).

A very nice receptionist provided us with a map and walking route and bus information. The room was a pleasant 'international hotel' type room with aircon and the window opened. Variety for breakfast: cereal, eggs and bacon, toast. Good location for a walk to the old town (Ibla) past very attractive 'new town' buildings. We paid for parking (8 Euros per night)- you'll need to park and register and get the information about parking (good luck!) and had a bit of trouble finding the entrance (look to your left after you see the Best Western sign and turn in). We got cnn on tv - a treat after no English speaking telly for a long period.

We phoned down for the wifi password, couldn't get it straight away and the chap never rang back. So we can't comment on wifi access!!

Con parking en el medio de una ciudad de montaña, con calles muy estrechas y muy cerca de sitios de interes turistico, que se recorren a pie.

Petit-déjeûner bien. Restaurant de bonne qualité.

Chambre exigüe pour " adultes.

La disponibilità del personale, l'ampiezza della camera. La piacevole sorpresa della macchinetta del caffè illi in camera.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare in camera le pantofole

La gentilezza e disponibilita' dell'addettpo alla reception e la posizione centrale.

In camera c'era puzza forse per I filtri dell'aria condizionata

酒店位置很好，在新旧城区的的交界处，左面200米就是大教堂。房间很大，刚刚装修过，设施很好。早餐谈不- 上丰盛但还不错，在欧洲应属中上水平。前台服务很好，介绍了最佳的参观线路和餐厅。

酒店的空调系统有问题，在英文的评述中可以看到同样的描述，这次亲身经历，我们入住时天气很冷，在两天当中- 虽经酒店人员多次努力，但平均每天上升1度，最后也只有20度。
