The hotel itself was nice and clean

My room overlooked the bus station so from 5am in the morning I may have well been asleep on the platform. The bed was extremley hard and uncomfortable.

The suite was very spacious and comfortable with luxury fittings. The little kitchenette also helped. Internet deal reduced price by almost 66%

The lifts are cramped, the bar is in the next hotel and there is a fair bit of bus noise.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Within an easy walk to most major city attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was modern and tastefully done.

We bought a package that included the "presidential suite" though we received a suite that had two rooms divided by aa hallN it was not the one we saw on the website (lower floor that created city noise). The breakfast staff were unfriendly and we opted to skip the breakfast after one try as it was not good. The "romantic dinner" was at a Pizzeria and we were not allowed to order off the menu, rather we were given a fix priced menu. The food was ok and wait staff friendly but not the romantic atmosphere we were expecting. I would recommend this hotel but skip the additional cost of the breakfast (a pastry shop below the hotel was much better) as well as the add on package.

Was in walking distance to all sights, the Suite was very spacious and staff very helpful with directions and tourist information.Good continental breakfast.

There was a smell of damp from the drains which was a bit off putting and took away from the "luxury" of the suite!

Location: just beside the trainstation, and close to the city attractions. The interior decoration of the hotel is very nice. Unfortunately the windows are very bad, and you'll get a headache every morning. See below.

Noisy, noisy, noisy! You can hear every car, every bus on the street, and the hotel is located in a very busy street. Even in the 4th floor. Very hard time sleeping.The breakfast is located in another hotel, so you must walk a lot to get there. The room smelled of tobacco, very intensively. I won't say there again.All these situations are not acceptable in a 4 star hotel.

everything is excellent. especially the room, the room within kichen that we can cook snack ourselves, walfdorf always be my first choice staying in florence.

Everything...the staff is very nice and very helpful. The rooms are big and very comfortable (also very, very clean), modern, near Florence, 5minutes from Duomo - in the strict center. Very nice and new.

The size of the room was enough for a family. The staff were helpful. And it was close to the station

It was difficult to find - not noticable until right outside the door. It was nice to have a small kitchen area but the kitchen stove was in a terrible state.

the room size is ok. good location, just next to the central station, perfect location for those with many luggages. the room is clean & in modern style.

the internet connection signal in the room is very very weak.

everything was just perfect!!!the suite was beter than i expected!!

The rooms were very nice and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast not in the hotel but in Ambasatori Hotel Nearby. Bread at least 3 days old!!!
