2 getrente Zimmer & 2 Badezimmer Die Zimmer wurden oberflächlich geputzt. Obwohl das Hotel vor 1 Jahr renoniert wurde, werden Mängel oder defekte Objekte nicht repariert. |

zimmer schön eingerichtet frühstück und frühstücksraum furchtbar! Kaffee aus dem automaten zum selberholen, einfach nur billigste Abfertigung!zimmerböden nicht sauber, total staubig ung sandig.erste nacht ein super lautes Zimmer über der Bushaltestelle, nicht geschlafen! |

Es war zimmermäßig alles sehr schön und modern und komfortabel ausgeführt. Leider war einen Baustelle vor dem Hotel ,die natürlich störend war. |

Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit, zentrale Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, Preis mit 130€ / Nacht günstig Keinerlei Wellnessbereich, Zimmer nur mit Dusche, leider keine Doppelbetten sondern nur 2 zusammengestellte Betten mit der berühmten Ritze, Ausblick aus den Zimmern im ersten Stock düster und grau und unvergleichbar mit dem der Abbildungen, laute Straße |

The size of the room was enough for a family. The staff were helpful. And it was close to the station It was difficult to find - not noticable until right outside the door. It was nice to have a small kitchen area but the kitchen stove was in a terrible state. |

the view to the city, the size of the suites.It is also next to the fair that takes place in the fortezza. too noisy if you don't stay on the 4th floor and if you don't stay on the front site. |

the room size is ok. good location, just next to the central station, perfect location for those with many luggages. the room is clean & in modern style. the internet connection signal in the room is very very weak. |

The interior of the hotel was nice. Nice view (from some of the rooms). Convenient location if you are traveling by train Judging from the website pictures and the hotel star rating I expected something better. Exterior of the hotel is disappointing. Inside the rooms are nice. Breakfast should be better |

1. Your website did not state that the air conditioning at this hotel was to be turned off on October1, 2008. If you had we would not have chosen this hotel. It is uncivilized to have a four star hotel without climate control. 2. With the windows open and no screens my husband received over 50 mosquito bites and was almost hospitalized. We want a total refund of our money. |
