Waldorf Suite Firenze  

Location is more than great, near the main station just 2 steps, near all tours assebly point, near hop on/off stations,near main attractions,,very clean,spacious, jacuzzi and balcony also are there. Arabic channels were available.Restaurants are 2 steps from the hotel.Almost a five stars hotel

Elevators are so slowly. We thought that the room is linked with the sitting area, but was splitted.The cleaning staff opened the door twice without knocking, but nothing special, all s prefect, and will be back to it if going to Florence again. I highly recommend it

The room was spacious and gorgeous, there was a balcony overlooking the city that I wish we had spent more time on, the bathrooms (there were 2) were beautiful

Very close to the main train terminal - Right across the street. When we missed train to Venice, we had the chance to leave our baggage back to the hotel and tour around the city some more. Big rooms, our classic suite had one bedroom, one living room, one small wardrobe type kitchen and two bathrooms. All the furnitures and bathrooms were new.

Be sure to get your free internet pass right at the check-in. I couldn't figure out why but they don't give you the pass on the phone when you call from your room or they don't send it to your room. When we came at 11pm to the lobby, there was nobody around. Somebody could easily enter trough the main door and pick up the bags in the lobby waiting for check-in and leave. They have to check their staff.

The location is great, just a few steps from the train station and the main touristic attractions. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean.

There is no ramp at the entrance, so if you have heavy baggage (as I did) it may be an inconvenience.

Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Excellent staff - we were very much impressed with the service of receptionist Elena, who was prompt, efficient and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time in Florence and our stay at the Waldorf Suite was the great part of it!

Trendy and delightful design. Cleaniness. Polite, efficient and supportive staff. Spacious room and excellent breakfast.

Special electrical sockets. The hotel has no adaptor to lend.

The residence, suit concept was nice although the facilities and service were poor enough not to enjoy it.

The service was very poor. Although they changed the room afterwards there was a heavy smell from the toilet and smell of heavy smoking although we booked a non-smoking room. Location is very poor in the sense that there is no space in front for taxi to stop by. This will be my last stay ever.

Each suite is basically 2 double bedrooms each with its own bedroom and bathroom. So much room can sleep up to 4 people easily in one suite and its clean and luxurious. Very modern in design and right opposite the train station and near to the Duomo in the Centre of Florence.

This is the closest hotel to the train station for train travelllers. It is also a 5-20 minute walk to all the major tourist attractions in downtown Florence. The rooms were the largest you would find anywhere with 2 washrooms & a living room-easily enough room for 4 people,

Location and a comforting and warm environment once you enter the room. When I return to Florence, I will stay at the same hotel and hope to get the same room. It will be all worth while. The hotel made me feel the romance of Firenze.

All but one desk staff member was rude and hard to organize anything with.

Nice and spacious suite, very clean, very silent although right in front of train station close to train station and short walk to most sites
