Modern hotel next to city center. Suites are simply amazing, great helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Great stay in Florence!
Very nice hotel in a great location, spacious and clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
Very near the train/metro station!
We booked a suite so it is rather spacious. The location is also quite good as it is close the train station and within walkable distance to the Duomo.
Well, to speak frankly, it is not a hotel at all - the entrance and lobby is very small. Valet parking is a joke - you need to wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to come and pick up or deliver the car to you and the service is poor - the hotel literally outsourced this service. Quality of the receptionists varies and it depends on who you talk to. Two out of the the three receptionists that we encountered are extremely unhelpful. When being asked about request for late check out, one just said no way without even looking at the computer. The next day, when we asked another receptionist, he said it was ok - sigh. Don't expect any conceige or potter service - there is only ONE person at any point in time at the reception and there is no way they will be able to offer any helping hand. All in all, I think there is a clear mis perception about the quality of this "hotel" and others. With the price I paid (more than Euro250 per night), I think it is definitely not worth it.
The hotel is easy to find - right beside the train and bus station. Even if you get lost everyone knows where the station is. We stayed in a 2 room and 2 bathroom suite. Very nice, clean and comfortable. We never made it to breakfast so can't comment. Really enjoyed our stay!
Fantastic suite on the 5th floor. Great location, right next to the train station and minutes away from Piazza del Duomo. Wonderful breakfast buffet.
The decoration at the entrance, gives a different vibe about the hotel, alos the facade looks worn out. The fact that you have to pay extra to use the kitchenette included in the suite.
The hotel was noisy, the bed had big grooves in the mattress and the breakfast was average.
Great location. Suite rooms were very nice and all updated. Plenty of room.
Really thin walls between rooms. Can hear everything.
Perfect location, Big rooms, just near to city center and opposite to the train station.
Breakfast was average and the timing for the breakfast was from 6.30 am to 10 am only.
Rooms were large and spacious, breakfasts were good and staff was very accommodating especially for special needs; gluten free. Great Location - safe, easy to walk anywhere.
Confusing layout of hotel, tiny elevators.
short walking distance to all the main attractions of florence. close to the train station. Rooms were very big with lounge and double bathroom etc. the hotel was very clean and one of the best i have stayed in. the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent english.
Location . Hotel entrance a little difficult to find . Look for SIta Bus Station ( where you catch the bus to the Mall outlet shopping).Cafe Deanna is next door to hotel entrance. Part of the Hotel Ambasciatori group of hotels . Share similar breakfast location. Get in and get impressed.
Very close to the train station and business location
Air conditioning was weak and Internet was weaker. A real disappointment.
The staff worked very hard to make our stay a good one.
No peep-hole in the door!we had to open the door to see who was really knocking. Not enough electrical outlets.
All the staff was really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this others.
I can't complain.
Good location, good breakfast.
Awful wifi connection, dark interior with very few lamps.
Location was great Staff were very nice. Room was excellent. We had two bathrooms and a living room for two people.
The location for breakfast kind of far away from the room. Wifi didnt work a lot of times. Little expensive.
Loved it, close to everything Would stay there again
Everything was perfect
Staff were very helpful, location was excellent
Walls are very thin, we could hear voices from next door
Second time staying here on our most recent visit Florence. Great value, close to train station as we left our car in Figline. Less than five minute walk from train to hotel.
Sorry but it does smell like the sewer sometimes as does the whole block, not enough though to not return again
The location cant be better. Central to the main tourist attractions and bus to the shopping outlets. The room was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and showers.
The wall was thin
1. Location: Right in front of Firenze railway station. 2. Lavish breakfast. 3. We booked a classic suite with two double rooms. Rooms were very big and clean with all facilities. 4. Wi-fi is connectivity was good.
1. impolite room service staff. 2. Have to walk at least 100-200m to reach the breakfast room. 3. The bathrooms smell a lot once the toilet seat is opened. 4. The small hotel sign at the entrance makes it difficult to find the hotel despite it being right in front of the Firenze S.M.N. The blue light at the entrance gives it a shady feel, although once inside, the ambience is excellent.
I have stayed twice at The Style and intend to stay again, as long as I wish to visit Firenze. My best thanks to Elena, the Concierge, who is as nice and efficient as the position requires. To have her support is to be sure that everything will be fine. Thank you, Elena, for your kindness, upbringing and professionalism
One of Elena´s alternate was very indiferent and somewhat rude...I did not appreciate his style "blaseé". Unfortunetaly I did not keep his name, because I avoided to get in touch with him!!
Central location within easy walking distance of sights.
Room was very warm and opening the windows became very noisy. We did get moved to a marginally cooler room when we discussed with the duty manager.
