The location is good
The staffs of the front desk is very rude
Heater too hot n the only way to manage it is open the windows which lets in the noise from the SITA bus station! Bed in studio room is actually a very uncomfortable sofa bed!
Location is fantastic. It's a short walk to all the Florence sites. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. The hotel also has deals with delicious local restaurants for discounts. Further, they will happily set up tours and special events. I've stayed here twice and will probably stay again if I make it back to Florence.
V. Good hotel. great & friendly staff. Perfect location. Nice and warm after a long day sight seeing. The suite was very spacious. Multiple bathrooms as well as fridges. Very clean and comfortable
The breakfast was an assault on the senses. Good food but very busy... when in Rome...
In a great area, right next to train station and city center. Happy hour was great and staff was exceptional..
Wish there was more variety for breakfast.
the service of the reseption gentleman, he helped very much for our every request.
the noise of neighbours and bet comfort.
- Room size. - Near the train station. - الغرف واسعة - قريب من محطة القطارات
- Breakfast restaurant too far. - Bad small it the bathroom. - مطعم الافطار بعيد عن الغرف - رائحة الحمام سيئه
Location was great. Breakfast was excellent
Poor wifi reception in my initial room so had to change room next day
Large and comfortable suite room. Staff is very helpful and professional.
Bed was uncomfortable ,The staff in reception was not helpfull ,also They blame booking com for the selection of the room.
excellent hotel in an excellent location. room was very clean, spacious with a large bathroom. helpful staff and good breakfast.
Very pleasant stay at The Style! Suite are very beautiful, large with comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location just perfect, a few step away from historic centre and shopping area. We'll surely be back here next time!
The location of the hotel was convenient and the rooms were a good size and relatively clean.
The staff were rude and unhelpful. There was no hot water on our first morning and the water pressure was also extremely low. When we enquired at te front desk, we were greeted with a blunt and unhelpful response and was told there was an issue but it has been fixed. When we pursued it further as we experienced the water no more than five minutes ago, the response was short and impatient and he ignored our query. The hotel smelt terrible, not so bad in the rooms but in the corridors and the lobby. Seems like the whole building has a serious drainage issue, the toilet also didn't flush well. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and adequate. Wifi was a little haphazard and disappeared at the breakfast room. Overall It was an underwhelming experience. Apart from the location and it's proximity to train station, everything else was below average. If you are travelling by car or do not need easy access to station, I would definitely stay elsewhere.
Modern hotel next to city center. Suites are simply amazing, great helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Great stay in Florence!
Very nice hotel in a great location, spacious and clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
Very near the train/metro station!
We booked a suite so it is rather spacious. The location is also quite good as it is close the train station and within walkable distance to the Duomo.
Well, to speak frankly, it is not a hotel at all - the entrance and lobby is very small. Valet parking is a joke - you need to wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to come and pick up or deliver the car to you and the service is poor - the hotel literally outsourced this service. Quality of the receptionists varies and it depends on who you talk to. Two out of the the three receptionists that we encountered are extremely unhelpful. When being asked about request for late check out, one just said no way without even looking at the computer. The next day, when we asked another receptionist, he said it was ok - sigh. Don't expect any conceige or potter service - there is only ONE person at any point in time at the reception and there is no way they will be able to offer any helping hand. All in all, I think there is a clear mis perception about the quality of this "hotel" and others. With the price I paid (more than Euro250 per night), I think it is definitely not worth it.
The hotel is easy to find - right beside the train and bus station. Even if you get lost everyone knows where the station is. We stayed in a 2 room and 2 bathroom suite. Very nice, clean and comfortable. We never made it to breakfast so can't comment. Really enjoyed our stay!
Fantastic suite on the 5th floor. Great location, right next to the train station and minutes away from Piazza del Duomo. Wonderful breakfast buffet.
The decoration at the entrance, gives a different vibe about the hotel, alos the facade looks worn out. The fact that you have to pay extra to use the kitchenette included in the suite.
The hotel was noisy, the bed had big grooves in the mattress and the breakfast was average.
Great location. Suite rooms were very nice and all updated. Plenty of room.
Really thin walls between rooms. Can hear everything.
Perfect location, Big rooms, just near to city center and opposite to the train station.
Breakfast was average and the timing for the breakfast was from 6.30 am to 10 am only.
Rooms were large and spacious, breakfasts were good and staff was very accommodating especially for special needs; gluten free. Great Location - safe, easy to walk anywhere.
Confusing layout of hotel, tiny elevators.
short walking distance to all the main attractions of florence. close to the train station. Rooms were very big with lounge and double bathroom etc. the hotel was very clean and one of the best i have stayed in. the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent english.
Location . Hotel entrance a little difficult to find . Look for SIta Bus Station ( where you catch the bus to the Mall outlet shopping).Cafe Deanna is next door to hotel entrance. Part of the Hotel Ambasciatori group of hotels . Share similar breakfast location. Get in and get impressed.
