Het was een super mooi modern hotel... lekker ontbijt en goed gelegen. Door de aanleg van metro heel veel lawaai van 's morgens vroeg. In de eetzone was het snikheet... en moeilijk te bereiken met auto door werken. |

locatie is goed, wat lawaaierig, je krijgt twee kamers twee badkamers met een verbindingshal, top voor gezinnen, eigenlijk goedkoop matig ontbijt, hotel heeft verder 0 franje |

Het enige minpunt was dat er haast geen plaats was om te ontbijten, veel te klein en te weinig personeel, de mensen moesten aanschuiven, ik heb er maar 1 maal ontbeten |

het was geen hotelkamer maar een appartement super luxe, bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand hotel was lastig te vinden omdat het 3 andere gebruikelijke namen heeft, zelfs de winkels naast het hotel wisten niet waar waldorf hotel lag. |

The suite was very nicely decorated and toliets were well appointed. Cleanliness was great too. Tea/coffee service was a welcome. |

The interior of the hotel was nice. Nice view (from some of the rooms). Convenient location if you are traveling by train Judging from the website pictures and the hotel star rating I expected something better. Exterior of the hotel is disappointing. Inside the rooms are nice. Breakfast should be better |

The room was very comfortable.it also had jaccuzi!! We had the loving suite and I didn't like the welcome drink and the dinner that it was no romantic. |

1. Your website did not state that the air conditioning at this hotel was to be turned off on October1, 2008. If you had we would not have chosen this hotel. It is uncivilized to have a four star hotel without climate control. 2. With the windows open and no screens my husband received over 50 mosquito bites and was almost hospitalized. We want a total refund of our money. |

I am quite dissatisfied with the hotel, there was no air condition in the room, they told me there is no a/c during winter, what a kind of 4 star hotel says that. The only convenience this hotel has that it is closer to the main train station Santa Maria Novella, Just want the people to be aware before selecting this hotel. |

The location was great .Breakfast was very nice .Great size rooms .It was handy having a kitchen if you needed it .Even though there was road works going on at the front of the building you did not hear them . We where not happy that their was no air con due to the season and was not told about that at time of booking .Even though it was there spring it was still very warm .The choice of pillows would have been nice and the matress to be a little less of a slab in feeling . |

The hotel is comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to pretty much anywhere in Florence! the rooms were quite stuffy at night and the aircon didnt really help much so coped the old fashioned way, ie opened the window! |

Close to the station Breakfast was not that good, There was a terrible smell in the toilet which we reported to the staff. They thried to put fragnance to mask it but it came back . |
