The staff is very nice and they give good service.

Where do I start. Well before I even checked into this B&B they had charged me two times on the credit card although I was only staying one night. The family and I arrived by taxi to the B&B at around noon only to find that no one is available at that time. We simply wanted to drop off our luggage so we could enjoy our last day in Rome. We called the numbers provided on the confirmation emails only to see that the calls would go straight to voice mail. They mention nothing of this on the website...we had originally paid 15 euros to a taxi to get to the place and then we had to walk an approximate 3KM back to the train station since we did not want to pay another ridiculous 15 euros back. We took our luggage back to Termini and put it in storage for a fresh 20 euros. When we got to the hotel around 2200 at night (after another taxi) we finally checked in. The B&B consist of an apartment building where this B&B is situated. There's three rooms that are facing the check-in desk. We mentioned to Fabio the fact that the hotel had charged us two times. I had to finally show him my bank estatement to prove that the B&B had charged us two times. He said jokingly that he would give us our money back 'if' we gave him a good review on booking.com. I found this strange and said yes anyway because I wanted my money that honestly belonged to me. The airport shuttle mentioned in the web page for Bijou Rome Guest House is not a shuttle. It is a friend of the hotel staff that takes you to the airport for a 20 euros in his own personal vehicle. We had an early flight (0730) the next morning and had originally arranged with his friend to be picked up at 0600. Fabio, gave us an emergency number to call in case there's an emergency. I called this emergency number when I started to panic after 20 minutes of waiting for the improvised 'airport shuttle' only to once again be royally disappointed by a voice mail answer. Tried several times with no avail.

Excellent service and services (internet, extra netbook, laundry, printer - for online bookings to Colosseum and Vatican). Comfortable room.

Easy access to Rome by bus and metro. Had a place to store car while in Rome. The owner was helpful.

Room was right off lobby and tended to be noisey when late guests arrived.

Very good communication!!!! A lot of informations what to see in Roma.

Breakfast-we paid breakfast, but it isnt in hotel. So we called Chef and he dont answer me!!! We dont know found it, so we havent any breakfast and any money back.

Lenzuola vecchie e sporche. Manca la reception. La nostra macchina era bloccata da un inquilino della casa ed abbiamo dovuto bussare ad ogni appartamento. Per raggiungere l'hotel non è facile ed è necessaria la macchina

Posizione scomoda per prendere l'aereo. I taxi ti chiedono comunque 20€ per arrivare in aeroporto o stazione. Camere con muri di velina,si sentiva ogni movimento della Camera del vicino, lenzuola vecchie ruvide e a pallini . Se partite presto scordatevi la colazione al sacco !!!

Nos alijamos una noche, el trato fue coedial, la habitacion y bano estaban limpios, es una zona retirada de Roma, pero como estabamos en auto no tuvimos inconvenientes

La habitacion era bastante chica para 4 personas

Verbouwing, waardoor de kamer niet beschikbaar was. Helaas. Eigenaar had kamer in hotel geboekt voor ons, prijsverschil heeft hij voldaan. Super, we kunnen niet anders zeggen. Fabio vond het zichtbaar vervelend om ons teleur te stellen, maar deed alles om een oplossing te zoeken (en die vond hij). Echt een super-host!!

Non vi sono molte prese della corrente, la tavola del water era rotta, , letto troppo morbido

Byliśmy po czasie zameldowania ok 24.00, jednak to nie był żaden problem, zostawiono nam klucz i otwarte drzwi wejściowe, byliśmy w kontakcie telefonicznym.

W łazience nie było zbyt czysto.

La atención de parte del dueño fue excelente, nos dio consejos de lugares para visitar y sitios económicos para comer. Habla inglés por si no saben italiano. ////// The attention was excellent, he has provide us many advices about places for visit and eat. The manager speak english in case you don't talk italian.

Tutto bene! ci siamo trovati benissimo! Confort, pulizia, disponibilità riassumono il nostro soggiorno al Bijou Rome guest house.

Wij hebben de man van het hotel de eerste dag gesproken en hij heeft ons enkel verkeerde informatie gegeven mbt bussen waardoor wij de eerste nacht 2,5 uur extra onderweg waren. We konden hem altijd bellen, maar hij heeft nooit thuis gegeven. Ook was hij niet in het hotel!!! De transfer naar vliegveld hebben we dan ook zelf maar geregeld. Locatie is niet fijn, te ver van Rome en de bewoonde wereld.

Siamo arrivati alle ore 20.30...la struttura è fuori mano e ubicata in un palazzo. All'arrivo bussiamo e non ci risponde nessuno. Aspettiamo 10 minuti poi arriva un gruppo di Polacchi/Ucraini che ci ha aperto il portone d'ingresso. Entriamo e chiediamo della reception e ci viene risposto in una lingua sconosciuta che non c'è. Allora chiamiamo il numero che di riferimento della struttura e ci risponde il proprietario e ci dice che lui è a cena fuori e che la sua collega è andata via poi ci dice che potevamo prendere noi le chiavi dalla reception (un banco con tutte chiavi appese). Prendiamo le chiavi e ci chiudiamo in stanza. La stanza non era male apparte i rumori provenienti dal bagno e gli ucraini che stavano "traslocando". Non abbiamo dormito niente. La mattina siamo "scappati" lasciando le chiavi in una buca della posta dove su c'era scritto di depositarvi le chiavi. Un esperienza da dimenticare, fortunatamente era solo per dormire una notte. Sono stati fortunati che il pagamento veniva effettuato in anticipo. P.s. Il proprietario non si è fatto proprio vedere. Sconsigliatissimo.

Sito a 3km da Ciampino, gentilissimo lo staff e camera ben arredata e soprattutto pulita. Un ottima soluzione per chi necessita di un soggiorno a due passi dall'aeroporto.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte,visto che avevamo un volo per cracovia al mattino, posizione ottima in quanto vicinissima all'aereoporto,ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e soprattutto grande gentilezza e disponibilità! il ragazzo ci ha anche consigliato qualche locale a roma dove passare la serata!

Oda kirli ve kullanılmış çarşaf ve havlu ile teslim edildi. Görevli gittiği için bir gece koltukta oturmaya mecbur kaldım. Zaten resepsiyonda görevli yok. Duştaki su çok az akıyor. Kahvaltı yok. Bir evin katında yer alan ve üç odadan oluşan tesise gece gelen misafirlerin kapı girişinde yüksek sesle konuşmaları çok rahatsız edici. şEhir merkezine çok uzak. Kisacasi berbat bi̇r yer...
