It's location in Ravenna. The only friendly people in the Hotel were; the lady who booked us in and the domestic staff. The male members of staff were gruff and unfriendly in particular the Bar man/concierge. |

Sa situation dans la ville très prés des zones piétonnières et des sites à visiter. Le hall/salon d'acceuil spacieux et confortable et le jardin à l'arrière de cet espace. |

Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville avec possibilté de parking (payant). Service et accueil excellents.Propreté , équipement et calme des chambres de très bon niveau.Petit déjeuner de qualité. Prix un peu élevé mais justifié au regard du pays et des prestations |

旧市街のほぼ中央にありすべての面で便利です。Informationまで徒歩数分、そこで自転車を借りて- 聖堂等市内巡りを楽しめました。又、Shopping,食事にも便利でした。（車で訪れた為、多くの人に道順を聞いたのですが皆さんこのホテルをよく知っていまし- た。） |
