Great location, breakfast in bed, good price, clean enough
Great location, close to Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Lots of Restaurants, bars, cafe, ice cream parlours nearby. Breakfast served in the room. Room very spacious
Small capacity water heater in the bathroom so need to keep the showers short

Location, beds, price
Not enough hot water. Not service 24 hrs at reception, just from 7:30 - 10:00 apart from that this bnb is great for few night at very good location
Staff size of room Value for money
The location was excellent, you can walk to all the attractions (max. 20 minute walk). Many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel located in a small square just near the Camio de Fiori market square so the noise from the market if not reaching the room. The room is just like in the pictures, clean and nice. Breakfast basic but good. Definitely good value for your money.
central location clean
long bouts of loud coughing from very sick man in next door apartment
The location was unbelievable..located in a small court yard right outside Campo De Fiori. Perfect! The pensione is located on the 2nd floor of a large building and everytime you enter the buildings door you felt like you were staying in Rome and not a hotel. We only stayed 1 night but it was a great one.
Fabrizio is an excellent host. He answered all are questions and was helpful with every request. Very friendly!!!
It is definitely a noisy area but the location was great
Location was good
Flight of stairs also all the codes to get in
Location Staff Breakfast Atmosphere
Bit difficult to reach by car. But this can be solved in parking at the nearby autorimessa Tampona or Farnese, and walking to the B&B. Just 5 minutes walk. Parking costs are appr. €30 per full day.
Location, quietness and cleanness
There wasn't any staff available apart early morning. The bed wasn't a double but two single mattresses put together. A bit pricey (but it is Central Rome).
Location. Young man on reception was very helpful
Cramped room. No English on TV. Breakfast poor. Not worth the cost per night of £136
Location was excellent, as were the beds. Everything is within walking distance.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not much hot water, so long showers after a day of walking become cold showers.
Warm welcome, clean room and shower with modern refurb and clean lines. Mini fridge in room and location is walking distance to everything. A real gem, looking forward to our return. Thank you for a lovely stay in Rome!
This hotel has NO concept of customer service. Firstly, there is basically never a staff member working there and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them. My sister and I got locked out of the hotel and we had to sit outside and try for two hours just to get in touch with someone. It was absolutely ridiculous. Also, the wifi was terrible and basically didn't work anywhere in the room. Finally, the shower had zero hot water. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel was very close to the main turistic places of Rome, and also close to a very nice square in which every morning there was a market of fruti and local products. The rooms were beautiful (as shown in the pictures) and very comfortable. The breakfast was ok and they brought it to the room. Staff was very helpful.
There was some noise when people entered or left the hotel (the hotel is small so all the rooms are close to the door and the reception).
Location-Location-Location and on top of that a great room - clean/quiet - very nice continental breakfast ( you pick what you want and it is delivered at the time you request). Rufo was the man in charge and made everything flow perfectly. I have already recommended Biscione 95 to a friend who is going to try to book today. Hope it's available?? Walk around the corner to Campo de Fiori (market by day-restaurants & entertainment by night) + mins walk to Piazza Navona -Pantheon-Trevi Fountain +++++
absolutly nothing wrong. If you are looking for fancy American style Hotel this is not for you. If you want wonderful Italian style this is the place. & again it's location.
Brilliant location, comfy beds, very quiet, friendly owner
The owner is hardly ever there and so if you need something (such as more toilet paper) we had to wait until we saw him at breakfast the next day.
Excellent location, we walked to all the major sites.
Bathroom had a bad smell all the time.
Good geographic possition.
WiFi continuously dropped out. Very noisy in the square outside until approx. 2.00am
The location and Rufo
Claustrophobic room compared to the impression given on the website.
Perfect location on a small piazza adjacent to the popular Campo di Fiori - easy walking distance to all of Rome's attractions. Clean, spacious, comfortable furnishings, with a serene modern feel. Friendly, helpful, unobtrusive staff. Good, reliable wifi. Highly recommended!
Shower stall was rather small
From the outside it looks like you got the wrong place. But inside it's great!!! Don't be discouraged!
The location is unbeatable . It's close to the sights, public transportation , restaurants and shopping .
