The hotel was well situated for the town and lake.The facilities were good and food ( breakfast) was satisfactory-the staff were good-all the reception staff were helpful and smiling (very important)One little point- there was an Englishman (widow) on his own and I felt he was a little on his own--perhaps you could encourage single people to get together- their choice?

I liked that I had a balcony and the view of the pool. The swim pool was excellent. The beautiful grounds were well cared for. It's location was perfect for walking into Garda and to be by the Lake. I also liked the breakfast on offer.

One thing that spoiled my visit to the hotel was that on the Monday early evening there was a party of German people in the swiming pool and I think they might have been drunk because they were very noisy and annoying the other guests.

Good location in Garda, easy to reach shops and restaurants. Shared pool had Jacuzzi.

At breakfast staff ignored complaints about poor tasting coffee despite machine constantly needing service and same staff member handled badly the fact we sat in the wrong seats at breakfast. Reservation system for breakfast tables not explained beforehand. Staff member in question was male balding with white / grey hair. No fridge.

Great location in the town of Garda beside the main bus station and very cclose to the lake. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was always very clean. Great swimming pool. Would highly recommend.

No balcony in our room. Stayed on half board basis and had to order dinner at the breakfast service.

Its location is brilliant only 3 minutes from the lakeside. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped

Füe ein 3 Sterne-Hotel gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Swimmingpool war gut aber Wasser leider viel zu kalt.

Leider nur Kaffee aus einem kombienierten Automaten, (für alle Gäste) daurch lange wartezeiten und keine gute Qualität!! Bitter nur mit Wasser zu genießen Kein Obst,Weintrauben,usw. Zimmergröße zum Preis zu klein

Der neue Pool.

Es ist in keinster Weise in Ordnung in quasi "last minute" über Sie ein Zimmer zu buchen, was maximal ein Einzelzimmer ist und dann den gleichen Betrag dafür zu zahlen wie in einem großen Familiezimmer. Eine wirkliche Sauerei

Das Hotel liegt direkt oberhalb der Strandpromenade. Man ist nach wenigen Metern in dem Strandbereich mit netten Lokalen, Geschäften und der Möglichkeit durch die alten Gassen zu spazieren. Das Hotel hat freundliche Mitarbeiter und keine Bitte bleibt unerfüllt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist schön geräumig und hell. Die Außenanlagen (Terrasse und Swimmingpool) sind sehr gepflegt.

Lage des Hotels, Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals im Lokal.

Zimmer - weder Terrasse noch Balkon, nur ganz kleines Fenster mit Ausblick auf die gegenüberliegende Wand des Hotels. Essen -war schlechter und einfallsloser wie in jeder Kantine. Eier beim Frühstück,ausser kalte hartgekochte, mussten bezahlt werden und zwar mit Aufpreis von Euro 4,50 bis 8,50. Pool - keine Auflagen, nur käuflich zu erweben mit Euro 6,50. Keine Pool-Handtücher, nur käuflich zu erweben mit Euro 10,00. Safe in der Rezeption pro Tag Euro 2,50.Kühlschrank im Zimmer, zwar eingeschaltet, aber nur mit Schlüssel von Rezeption mit Aufpreis von Euro 2,50 / Tag. Wir sind wirklich Gardasee-Fans und fahren seit ca. 20 Jahren jedes Jahr mind. 1 x dorthin, aber so eine Preisgestaltung und schlechtes Essen haben wir noch nicht erleben müssen. Es ist ja sehr schade für dieses Hotel, denn die Lage ist traumhaft.

Katastrophal schlechter Frühstückskaffee (Automateninstant), sehr hellhörige Zimmer, Abendessen war Geld nicht wert

Mi ha colpito soprattutto la disponibilita' e gentilezza del personale. Ero da sola ma il personale mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio E...come se fossi a casa.

Die rumänische Bedienung war sehr freundlich.
