hotel is clean and the design of the hotel is really nice the location is really bad even the tourist information in Termini station didn't know where it was exactly. worst location ever u have to take a taxi to reach there. never try to get there with a bus. |

The hotel is very clean with easy access to Rome. The breakfast is very nice and the evening food is superb. Most of the staff were very helpful and I would stay again. They did not have an iron in the whole hotel |

For people who travel with their dogs like us: dogs are accepted in this hotel, however not in the restaurant area. |

organisation of tours, lift to metro ,peace and quite lovely bed zzzzzzz customer service rude, shower leaked all over there floor ,addressed it they ignored it ,there floor so why should i worry,not enough sunbeds,menu limited ,hardly any wardrobe or drawer space fine just made one person fit,tried to work internet when addressed ,there answer was its on the tv yes i know but no help |

Prima kamer en goed ontbijt. Weinig belangstelling personeel. Voor stedentrip Rome ongemakkelijk bereikbaar door te veel openbaar vervoer. Meer zakenhotel. |

Le design des chambres Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, donc il est impossible de dormir tranquillement sans être réveillé par le bruit du couloir et le claquement des portes des chambres voisines. Le personnel manque cruellement de professionnalisme ce qui rend la qualité du service très pauvre à tous les niveaux. |

Scarse info date x telef per raggiungere l'htl, data la posizione lo scarso servizio navetta...oppure è legato al prezzo che si è pagato per il soggiorno? In questo caso la mancanza sarebbe ancora maggiore: le offerte promozionali non devono discriminare gli ospiti. |

Hotel ultra moderne au design d'avant garde. Beaucoup de recherche dans la decoration et les accessoires; belles chambres tres propres et bien equipees. . Manque de lumiere dans les couloirs et surtout dans l'ascenseur (tout est "black"!) C'est design mais un peu deroutant. |

La piscine indisponible en mai, la climatisation indisponible en mai même s'il fait 27° dans la chambre. Il manque une couche de peinture dans la chambre.et il est surtout excentré donc il faut compter entre 10et17€ pour un aller dans le centre de Rome. Pour les petits déjeuners, le jus d'orange n'est pas terrible. |

L'originalita' del complesso; Esterno ed interno. Le camere sono ben arredate e luminose. La strada pubblica d'accesso all'hotel e' piena di buche e molto trascurata. L'entrata all'hotel e' sacrificata, non adeguata a un 4 stelle. La hall e' davvero un po' troppo "black". Mancano i quotidiani a colazione |
