I liked the green surrounding of the hotel. It is most difficult to reach the hotel although on the map it seems so easy. The design is interesting but due to the black colour which dominates - it is dark and unpleasant. The maintanance is poor, in the bathroom my husband banged his head on the ceiling, the breakfast dull. |

Design, relaxed admosphere. Pool was closed as it is their practice in mid-September, but your website did not mention this. No alternative pool availble. Reception gets backed up in the mornings. No wireless internet available, only wired, but modern computers do not have internet connection plugs anymore. A little too distant from downtown, and taxis are pricey -Euro 20-30. |

Hotel's unique design and style was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Room was very beautiful and we really enjoyed our staying. Breakfast staff was not enough. Buffet was running out of basic things very early and couldn't refill the buffet. On our request to have some orange juice (at 09.45 and the breakfast time was finishing at 10.30) and the staff replied that we should make ourselves comfortable with some pineaple juice that was left. Not a good answer for a 4 star hotel! |

The staff were mostly helpful and the pool was a good way of relaxing. The location - the restaurant in the hotel was very exepensive with the same limited menu each night and there was nowehere else locally to eat. |

hotel is clean and the design of the hotel is really nice the location is really bad even the tourist information in Termini station didn't know where it was exactly. worst location ever u have to take a taxi to reach there. never try to get there with a bus. |

The hotel is very clean with easy access to Rome. The breakfast is very nice and the evening food is superb. Most of the staff were very helpful and I would stay again. They did not have an iron in the whole hotel |

l'hotel est original par sa decoration noire du sol au plafond. Le petit dejeuner etait très bien fourni le personnel est extrement désagreable avec les clients. Le contact est froid et lent. La piscine, le fitness et le sauna etaient inaccessible avec pourtant 26° C à l'exterieur. Nous etions decues. De plus, la deco originale n'est pas entretenue et les dégats sont deja visibles. La cuisine du resto dans l'hotel est moyenne et assez cher (comptez 55 euros pour un repas) |

отель не оставил хороших впечатлений. Описание отеля отличается от его реального состояния.Очень бюджетный,уже не новый. В этом отеле нет человека, который бы следил за качеством работы персонала,поэтому везде запустение. Номер на фотографии и тот,который нам дали сильно отличался скатом крыши-головой бились постоянно, и ремонтом. В этот отель больше не приедем.Низкие потолки-жили как в скворечнике,окна на крыше во время дождя автоматически закрываются и в комнате становится душно.На завтраке дали испорченные консервированные персики и кипяток из битого термоса. |

Besonders hat uns im Hotel Black der Pool gefallen, und das Design des Hotels. Auch am Frühstücksbuffet gab es eine große auswahl. Verbindung zur Stadt, vom Hotel aus nur einmal am Tag um ca. 9:40 ein Shuttlebus. Von der Stadt zurück überhaupt keiner. Hohe Telefongebühren und Minibar Nutzung. |

Solo estuvimos una noche pero sus instalaciones son muy modernas Nuestra habitacion tenia muchois desperfectos: tapa del water rota, paredes muy manchadas, techo en el baño resquebrajado.... Una habitacion muy poco cuidada. |

le calme La chambre étant sous les toits et mon mari faisant 1.85m, il s'est cogné la tête en permanence. Ensuite, l'accueil du personnel (pas tous) est désagréable et méprisant. Et un soir, nous voulions nous baigner (nous avons un enfant de 8 ans), on nous a refuse l'accès à la piscine à 17.30h car il y avait une cérémonie le soir. La piscine a été l'élément décisif en ce qui concerne le choix de l'hotel. Enfin, le service au niveau du petit déjeuner est très moyen. |

Le design des chambres Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, donc il est impossible de dormir tranquillement sans être réveillé par le bruit du couloir et le claquement des portes des chambres voisines. Le personnel manque cruellement de professionnalisme ce qui rend la qualité du service très pauvre à tous les niveaux. |

Hotel ultra moderne au design d'avant garde. Beaucoup de recherche dans la decoration et les accessoires; belles chambres tres propres et bien equipees. . Manque de lumiere dans les couloirs et surtout dans l'ascenseur (tout est "black"!) C'est design mais un peu deroutant. |
