Despite their poor English, staff were very helpful, even went to a local restaurant to get us bottles of beer after their own stocks ran out! Also drove us to, and picked us up from, local rail station for trips into Naples. Despite proximity to Naples airport room was quiet and also clean and comfortable.

Location next to retail park unattractive, not easy to find by car from the airport at night. Breakfast fairly basic. Shower very cramped, with loose shower head.

I based my booking of this hotel on previous reviews stating how helpful the personnel were and that they were able to get transfers to the airport early in the morning. My experience was completely the opposite, I waited for over 45 minutes at the airport for a pickup by LUCA. Was told to follow him, dragging my luggage behind me. He did not offer to help get luggage into the trunk, out of the trunk, or up the steps to the 2nd floor. Did I feel safe in his car as he talked on the phone and looked at himself in the mirror? No!! This hotel is not near the Metro stop-50 Euro to get there. 22 Euro for a 7 minute taxi ride to the airport. There is no bus service nearby. There were stains on the unvacuumed hallway carpet, TV had a blue screen. I thought maybe the evening desk clerk might be more helpful-she did call for the taxi at 515am-that’s it- the night clerk that checked me out was helpful, he carried my backpack to the taxi so he could unlock the security gate while I was left with my luggage to drag down the front steps of the hotel. It certainly should not be rated 3 stars. The location is seedy, windows are shuttered so you cannot see out. I would never recommend this hotel based upon the lack of service and their complete dis-interest in my travel needs. I felt as though I was a complete inconvenience to Luca’s personal phone calls and his watching TV while sitting on the lobby sofas. Overall, this hotel offers NO service!!! Well at least to an older American woman!!

Price, reasonally close to the Naples airport

Hotel located in a run down industrial area beside a local run down disco amusement cinema complex. Eating options very limited. We selected the hotel because the website said they had an airport shuttle and we had a 0700 flight. The shuttle does not run in the very early morning.

A clean overnight stop in a low key commercial centre with only Burger King, Wild West Beef and, sometimes, pizza bar. No other neighbourhood facilities but airport transfers included.

The mattress was soiled and had stains. We didn't sleep under the covers and fortunately we didn't stay long as our flight was at 6 AM so we had to leave by 4 AM.

we needed a hotel for 1 nite that was close to the airport and this was 1 that was rated on Trip Advisor. Very convenient. They sent a car for us at Casoria station which was very nice, so we avoided a cab. staff very accommodating. room clean and modern furniture.

The shower is very small and we encountered a few waterbugs in the bathroom. Also, no shuttle to airport before 7 am.

Nice clean little hotel near the airport (Casoria) at Naples. In spite of a couple of issues below...still an excellent value for the price. I really need wifi though.

Wifi worked only an hour at night and aftter 5:15 in the morning. They said they were working on it. Stayed 4 nights... always the same. My refrigerator did not work I mentioned it each night. They said they would fix it, but each day...it had not been touched. My yogurt and other things spoiled.

No - it was ideal

We were staying just before an early flight out to UK. E hotel picked us up and dropped us off for free which was ideal. The hotel room was clean and very convenient.

The door frame had broken away from the wall, so it was not possible t lock the door properly, no major, but just needed fixing.

It's close to the airport, so great for early morning flights. They run a free shuttle service which takes all the hassle out of being ripped off by cab drivers. And the stress out of lugging your bag around at the end of a holiday. They even kindly picked us up from the port - when I said we could catch the airport bus and for them to meet us at the airport Good breakfast English tv channel. Good pizza place in the entertainment complex next door. Service excellent.

Stayed here for a couple of days for a visit to Naples and then for the airport. Next to large leisure complex with loads of facilities. Hotel very comfortable and comfortable beds. Breakfast quite basic but adequate. About 1 km to nearest station where you can take a train to central Naples only about 10 mins. Would stay again, very helpful staff.

No English tea bags only fruit teas!!

Very close proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle very early in the morning.

Room had a lot of bugs crawling on the floor and walls. Also no where really to eat other than the awkward food court next door.

We booked this hotel solely on the fact it is near the airport and offered a free shuttle.- unlucky for us the shuttle was 'not working' the day we arrived and we only discovered this upon calling to confirm our late night pick up time (the hotel did not call or message us). Instead we had to organise our own taxi and incurred a 25 euro taxi fare (double the price shown on the meter). When we argued with the cab driver the staff did little to assist and finally agreed to split this cost with us. This lack of service certainly left a bad taste in our mouths. Breakfast also average. Shuttle the following day was the guy at reception driving us in his car to the airport.
