Sorrento è bellissima e la struttura è in un luogo leggermente decentrato, ma meraviglioso: la marina grande. Dopo una bella passeggiata per i vicoli della città puoi sederti ad ammirare il mare, lontano dalla confusione.

la vista dal nostro appartamento non era granché, ma per il resto tutto ok.

Ma pulizia carente e lenzuola macchiate ,bagno con piatto doccia con capelli ecc... non e' stato pulito a fondo,,, Salita per il centro non tra le piu facili...

Le stanze sono veramente funzionali, con due condizionatori quindi si sta molto bene anche in inverno.Appartamentogrande.Parcheggio gratuito.

gli appartamenti sono molto vicini ad una chiesa e di notte ogni mezzora c'è il rumore delle campane!all'inizio è piacevole e si fa finta di niente però il secondo giorno diventa fastidioso.

A pochi metri dal mare, 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare in centro, ma è una passeggiata che merita. Lo staff cordialissimo e disponibilissimo, posto ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, c'è anche il parcheggio all'interno della struttura.

Simpatia e disponibilità dei gestori. Vicinanza al centro (si arriva a piedi in 5/10 m da una scalinata) e al porticciolo tranquillità della locazione

L'appartamento dove siamo stati noi è molto carino e pulito,all'inteno c'è una cucina molto funzionale,una grande camera da letto e un bagno,ottimo anche per le famiglie con figli.L'hotel si trova a 50 dal mare,ha il wi-fi e il parcheggio gratuito,e sono accettati anche i cani.Possiamo dire che questo hotel offre un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e che si soggiorna molto bene.

La posizione a pochi passi dal mare e la non eccessiva distanza dal centro - per noi amanti delle scampagnate è stato un vero toccasana una bella passeggiata di un cinque/dieci minuti dal centro in salita ed una bella discesa al ritorno. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla tranquillità e dall'ospite che ci ha accolto in modo molto positivo senza però invadere i nostri spazi. Consigliato anche fuori stagione, spero di tornarci presto.

Ottima struttura molto accogliente, con ampi spazi all'aperto e un comodo parcheggio. L'appartamento era spazioso e pulito, con un bel terrazzo attrezzato. Piacevole la passeggiata per raggiungere il centro di Sorrento. Da evidenziare soprattutto la cordialità e disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha ricevuti.

Del blu apartament mi è piaciuta la posizione, la disponibilità dello staff, correttezza educazione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Appartamento con i confort necessari per una famiglia.Ci ritornerò.

The apartment was very roomy. It is near a gorgeous bay, though doesn't have views of it. The taxi from the station cost €23, and there is a small bus that services the spot every hour. It's a 15 minute walk to the town centre. There are a variety of restaurants and mini grocery shops nearby. There's a large patio and a church next door to hear the bells chime. On Thursday was a parade from the church which went around the town bearing a statue and playing music. We stayed 5 nights.

Just small, but annoying issues. It was hard to get good service if we had a problem or question. We had a phone, which ran out of credit. The owners didn't respond to texts quickly, so it was frustrating. Other tenants left notes, which were there all day. The apartment had a washing machine, but the spin cycle didn't work so clothes were sopping and took 2 days to dry (we tried all the settings). The cutlery was cheap and so was hard to cut Italian bread and pastries. Half a roll of toilet paper was provided. No hot water for our morning shower as the service hadn't been switched on (there's a switch in the bathroom). There were problems with the wifi which they were trying to fix, but they needed to come and check the temporary solution worked. I had to try and catch them. The people just need to pick up their act a bit and show attention to detail.

The location just around from the Marina Grande was perfect

Good location handy to the old centre and transportation hubs. Nice large apartment.

I liked the spacious and modern aspects of the apartment and its proximity to the harbor.

I did not like how difficult it was to find and get to the apartment.

Marco, the apartment manager or owner, and Davide, a staff member (friend of the family?) were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The parking was ample and secure - a real plus in central/southern Italy cities. Marco offered for us to pick lemons from the many trees in the parking area - fun for the family, and great to take-home! While the apartment does not face the water, it's just a 2 minute walk to the pier, from which you walk up the stairs into the heart of Sorrento commerce - so much to see and do! Highly recommend for vacationing families - especially for the price. A short trip on the bus to the ferries out to Capri for the day - like 2 vacations in one. Our 16 and 14-year olds had a great time, and so did we!

I liked the location, although it was a steep uphill walk into town, it was very quiet and nice being next to the marina. The walk didn't bother us as we're active, but if you have trouble walking at all, this is not for you. The manager did give us a ride to the train station on the morning of our departure.

This hotel/apartment was terrible. First off, no one was there when we arrived at 2:30. Our driver from Naples called for us and was told someone would be there in 15 minutes, it was more like 45 that we sat in the street waiting by the gate. They had no maps of the city, no tourist information, nothing and no one was in the office the whole time we were there to provide any help. Then there is the apartment itself. It appeared fine at first but things didn't work. We used the washing machine only to find out that the spin cycle didn't work so we had sopping wet clothes that we had to wring out by hand and of course this is Europe with no dryers (which we expected) so we used the drying rack provided. Our clothes didn't dry in the two days we were there so we had to pack them wet and they mildewed. It would have been ok if the heated towel rack in the bathroom worked and we could have dried the clothes there but that didn't work either. The gas to the kitchen was turned off and we couldn't use the stove or oven . The shower had an accordian door which had a lot of mold growing on it and was filthy and the shower didn't drain properly. Even though the apartment was for 4 people, the water heater was so small that only 1.5 of us had enough hot water to shower and we didn't dawdle. We were given 4 towels when we checked in and had to place 2 of them under the drying rack to catch the water dripping out of our clothing, there was no maid service while we were there so the last morning my husband and I shared a used hand towel to dry off. We had a 1/2 roll of toilet paper when we got there and no other paper in the apartment so we had to borrow from next door. The soap and shampoo in the bathroom had all been half used and not replaced before we came in. The list just goes on. This is a terrible place and we had a terrible experience. Please stay elsewhere.

The Blu Apartment is about ten minutes wlaking distance from the center of Sorrento. The area is quiet, calm and very nice - just a few steps from the seeside with a beutiful wiev. Our master of the house was very helpful and friendly.

The location of the apartments is in the less posh, but still very original small fishing port of the town (distance from the sea about 60 yards). The suuroundings are very quiet. The equipment is not luxurious but - in a good sense - functional. I didn´t miss anything.There are two ample terraces - one with lemon- and orangetrees. The proprietors are friendly and very helpful. I had a very nice stay in Sorrento.

Owners are great, really helpful. Right next to the beach with views of the bay on clear days and grocery store and restaurants. 10-15 walk into the town centre.

Apartment very well equipped and perfectly localized, 1 min walking distance from seaside and Marina Grande port. Apartment is run by Marco and his brother, they are super friendly and helpful. Great choice for staying, I do recommend this apartment. Aleksandra.
